First of all I love Alexis Bittar jewelry! It is just so special and distinctive. I have a lucite bracelet with beautiful crystals. One of the crystals came out and was lost. I brought it in to the store and they repaired it perfectly at no cost to me. The girl in the store, I wish I remembered her name, was so pleasant and helpful.

OMG!!! The prices are way too high! I walked in and its targeted at hispanics and latinos, I mean they should have a diverse setting... AND to top it off as I walked in There was a lady by the name of Tere treating the employees as if they were ignorant!! When she could barley speak english herself. Those were the sweetest girls! I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THIS STORE AGAIN! & That sour lady TERE should Be Fired.. You dont treat your employees like dirt they are HUMAN!

I was running out of time to get my mom a nice gift and knowing she loves hand crafted jewlery I googled this place and decided to give it a shot. The woman who owned the store and designed some of the jewelry was there. She was super helpful. Her partner and her also identified that guys like me, who don't know much about buying jewlery are just as important as someone who does and they walked me through the entire process of finding a great gift within my modest budget. I will certainly be going back here.

I absolutely LOVE this store! Amazing selection of antique jewelry! Every time I've been, I've found at least one piece that I completely fall in love with (it's usually more like 5 or 6 pieces) and the staff is extremely helpful and patient. They really go above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied with you purchase. This is my favorite jewelry store in Los Angeles, hands down.

The staff here is super friendly and since they don't work on commission they aren't pushy. We got all the help we needed to but exactly the right engagement ring! And the best part is we know it was produced ethically
