It's taken me over a year to write this review because I just didn't know what to say about my experience with McCartys. They were extremely helpful when my husband went in to pick out an engagement ring. When he wasn't seeing anything I'd love they even helped him design a custom ring with my grandmother's diamond as the center stone. The ring they made me was a beautiful concept, but executed poorly. After he proposed to me I had to awkwardly mention that the band didn't meet up with the center stone. There was literally a space where the metal didn't connect. You don't know how awkward it is to tell your new fiance that the ring he just gave you has a flaw. But I had to mention it because I was worried the ring would break. When I brought it back to McCartys they happily took it to fix it but mentioned they had rushed to get it done. This was puzzling because my husband never asked them to rush. When I got my ring back the second time the band connected correctly but the center stone was off center and very wonky. Worried I was being too critical, I asked others for their opinion and everyone could see it. I asked McCartys to fix this. This is now several months that I'm without my ring and newly engaged. So when people in my life are asking me to see my engagement ring I had to lie and say it was being resized. Because I was moving I asked them to send it to my new address and they happily agreed. But I was super anxious about getting back another imperfect ring long distance. When it finally arrived it was completely different. In order to fix the wonky center stone they added a bunch of prongs around the smaller stones. Changing the look entirely. They also raised the center stone a quarter inch up above the rest of the ring when it used to sit flat. I couldn't bring myself to call McCartys again and instead emailed them. They called saying they would fix it. But I had to have my husband talk to them and explain we just weren't willing to try again. They had messed it up 3 times and it just feels horrible to love the concept of the ring and not the way they made it. Now we are married and I have to find a local jeweler to finally fix it.

I got my ear piercing here for $10 and the sales lady was very nice. I came back a few days later to buy earrings for both of my piercings. The price was very decent and service was nice although they can be a little pushy in order to get you to buy things.

Nose pin was the great personalized enough for me to wear and with the selection.

Products semm really great, but i'll have to wait until my shipment comes to be sure.

Great palace to see unique and hard to find beautiful jewelry. You have the hustle and bustle of the surrounding neighborhood and then you walk into the yard of Roseark and you're transported to a quiet zen garden. Always fun to just swing by and talk to everyone.

Extremely nice staff helped me pick out a birthday present for my wife. Spent time with me even though I'm not a big spender. Seemed expensive, but i do not buy a lot of jewelry. Good location. You must be buzzed in.
