very honest people i recommend dealing with that store

Nice shop. Great service.

Just received my custom wedding ring designed for my fiance! Absolutely the best purchase I have ever made. Danielle is quick to respond, efficient, is helpful with designing along the way, and ships quickly once it is made. She created exactly what I wanted and went the extra mile with my requests, including engraving inside the ring in addition to the diamond and soundwave on the outside. A perfect way to start our marriage, with a perfect ring!

Best selection for portugese gold

I ordered three custom palladium rings for my engagement/wedding. Aurora worked with me remotely as I was in the UK and then upon arriving in Canada all three rings were completed. Her expertise is second to none and both my wife and I are very happy and satisfied with our rings. They were worth every penny and I am glad I had Aurora to help me with the process for 3 months from start to finish.

I love the Beadery - it’s like stepping into a treasure chest. You can find very unique beads and stones here. Claude and Anastasia are talented jewelers and generously provide advice on my projects.

Very helpful staff. Great prices. And very nice quality merchandise

I love this little shop full of knowledge! I have brought several watches in for repair and battery replacements over the last couple of years. They are not the cheapest, nor should they be. Experience and skill cost money, and you always get what you pay for. In a time were it seems the world has given up on real quality and skill, it is refreshing to step into The Watch Clinic and see master craftsmen at work. I am saddened that so many reviewers are so hard on Vivian. She is wonderfully direct and pulls no punches. I like very direct and straight forward people, and Vivian is one of a kind.

Not impressed...was given earrings for xmas..the post broke off the first time trying them on...I didn't want them fixed just to choose something else but the conditions around doing so we're so convoluted ...you have to spend additional dollars because the items were on sale today..but if you come back tomorrow the sale isn't on so you still have to pay more...sounds like a gimmicks???

Have always treated myself and family with respect, great pricing, phenomenal repairs and products

Fantasic fantastic customer service and beautiful selection and prices !! Highly recommend!!

Great place to buy earings and accesories

The whole store can not use the coupon they put on the tanger coupon books, that's odd!
