Nina was beyond amazing to work with. When you think of stellar customer service, Nina provides that and more. She picked up the phone to call us immediately when we submitted multiple duplicate orders on her site (OUR mistake, not hers). She wanted to give us the reassurance, by phone, that she was correcting the order. We originally were going to only order a men’s ring from her but that phone call turned into her making a ladies band for us bc she wanted to create the perfect piece. Turn around was quick (about a week) and there was communication during the process. She sent pics when they were done, updated us throughout the process on when they would ship. She followed up after delivery. She provides an amazing warranty, so you have the piece of mind your jewelry will always be taken care of. Her customer service shows she really cares about the pieces she makes and the individuals who wear them. Don’t hesitate in ordering a piece from Nina, she will exceed your expectations!! I bought a pair of personalized bamboo earrings they were beautiful very good quality i will be purchasing more real soon. I lost one if i send the one i have back could i get a duplicate made to make it a set again?

If you ever want a beautiful ring without a huge price tag, search no more!!!!!! I got a custom made ring, and it was AMAZING! It looks just like real diamonds and actually even prettier. And talk about the sparkles....it's sooooo sparkly. Art, the designer, did an amazing job!!! Seriously, this guy is the bomb! Don't know how he did it. Ophelia who's the main contact person was just simply a pleasure to work with. She constantly update me on the progress. If there's any questions, she doesn't hesitate to contact and walk it through together. I wish I could take a better pic of the ring but my darn camera phone wouldn't cooperate. How much space do I have here to gush, rant, and rave about how spectacular our experience has been with the entire Bez Ambar crew? My lady found his princess cut engagement rings on an image search and from there we actually made history. Bez Ambar is quite historical himself with many accolades that I fact checked online. He has many achievements along with being the princess cut originator. We met with Bez and he was so patient, kind, and he delivered our unique dream ring that was custom created from our vision, desires, descriptions and drawings. He didn't even laugh at me when I made a ring out of paper and wire to show him the image we had in mind. He fully captured our request and made the ring in 4 parts. He introduced us to everyone involved with our ring, gave a tour, let us use his microscope, sent many pics and videos all along the way. Let me tell you what, I'm not a guy that's moved by jewelry, but my mind exploded with happiness and my heart pulsed with joy each time we got thru a step from concept to design to 3d printed model to real casting and final ring! My lady was getting so excited that she let me the design process after halfway thru so the real ring would have an element of surprise. Just know this, if you want an astounding ring, custom or one of his gorgeous designs, the family oriented process will be a memorable and pleasurable experience. One huge part of it was choosing the center stone, he listened to every thing we wanted and could afford then got us one that was even better than I hoped and he never once pushed me out of my budget range that I had saved up. I'm extremely sure I got a great deal comparing the ring we made to ones that other guys told me they bought their girls. I will be getting the final ring tomorrow and then he will work with my fiancee to make my custom band out of the same metal ! We are thrilled and we'll be coming back to get ear rings and a necklace to match her center ring. If you love your princess as much as I love mine, you'll see this is the best option to find the right symbol for showing the world that she's the queen of your heart.

I had an amazing experience with Abit at Sun Jewelry! He was very patient with me and answer all my questions about loose diamonds and settings. He genuinely seemed like he was interested in pleasing me and didn't care how much I was spending. (Bringing my own stone vs. buying there stone) He had a lot of good information that made me feel very safe and secure making a purchase there. There's no middle man for the stones and their settings are guaranteed to be solid gold! So glad I found them!
