Good customer service and fast to get the order

He carries excellent design jewellery items. Patel himself is a very good goldsmith.

I love their customer service and great with watch repairs.

Had the best experience here! First of all they have lovely, Unique, modern pieces here! So much to choose from too! The owner of this store is also SUPER accommodating and sweet and personal. I highly recommend it here!

Trustworthy repair service at a reasonable rate. Always happy with service I get at O'Toole's

They are fraud, I went to buy a ear-rings for my mom and charged a lot on gold price and on labour. when I was at shop, he forced me to buy and said you can return and exchange anytime, when I went back to return and ask for a price, he charged more than 70$ for labour on little ear-rings, when I asked him for refund, he refused totally... and behaviour was tooooooo rude..... I never had an experience like this in Canada..... Can't express my feeling how bad i am feeling with their service..... Don't go...

Great service. Great prices. English and spanish sales person so easy to communicate. Shopped around for 14kt chain and they were by far the most competitive priced

Best place for Jewellery in Toronto!

I've been there many times personally for watch services and purchases and the owner has always treated me well. I wholeheartedly trust him and the store and can assure the quality and friendliness.

Professional and polite stuff, gave a reasonable price for the jewelry. Highly recommend

Just found this beautiful store in Mississauga, full of bling and jewellery making supplies. Excellent service, was hesitant to go after reading the reviews but was very happy to find this store, this is a wholesale store and policy is no exchange or no refund and is clearly written. Definitely will be go back.
