Hi had a very unprofessional incident with one of your drivers. I was picking up my grandma from 635 Canterbury St, Woodstock, ON N4S 8X9 at 4:42 pm on Sunday Oct 3rd(today). I pulled in and one of your drivers was pulled in before me. He was parked in front of the building entrance picking up a fair. I pulled in behind him and waited. I didn't think I had done anything wrong but when your driver was pulling away. He stared at me and gave me the middle finger for approximately 15 seconds. This is very unprofessional and reflect inappropriately on your company. Unfortunately I didn't get the cab number cause I was shocked. I didn't under stand why this was happening . By the way while he was doing this he had an elderly ladie in the back he had just picked up. The time again is 4:42 pm/place 635 Canterbury st woodstock and date Oct 3rd. This should enough to look up who it was and maybe let him know that reflects bad on your business. I certainly will not be using your cab company and will let my family and friends know what your driver did.

I love that I can book a ride ahead of time.

Asked if they are open. They asked where I wanted to go then said they are closed. Disappointed as their website says they are open. Poor service.

We used Waterloo Express Sept 15, 2018. My now husband surprised me with this Limo company. They were on time to pick us up, on time to bring us back to our hotel, super nice and awesome to work with. They made me feel like a princess. I highly reccomend using this company!

As part of my job I book airport service for people on our team and every time I use Wrights with 100% satisfaction from the first contact through to the person delivered back home. I've never received negative feedback from anyone about this company. Very professional and efficient. 5 solid stars!

I've been using United Taxi for 33 years straight and I am yet to have a bad experience. Most of the drivers are very polite, especially car 1. I could have the worst day ever and Car 1 could fix it in seconds

Very professional service. Have used several times. Highly recommend!!

Great, prompt service to Pearson. Look forward to using your service in the future! Rob.

WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER FORGET BAD DRIVING OR BAD CARS CAUSE YOU JUST CANT BLOODY GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. 25 MIN ON HOLD AND STILL NOTHING 4 TIMES. YOU WILL DIE BEFORE YOU GET A CAB FROM THIS PLACE!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS BUT WONT LET ME WASTE OF TIME
