Ran my credit when opening chequing account, just give you a stack of pages, sign here, sign here, no time to read and no explanation

Great. Now I have to drive an extra 15 minutes cause this branch doesn't think it should follow other td banks. Pathetic useless government employees

Its awesome that when the ATM goes down, so does the one on Bayfield, leaving me with absolutely no options in this city to make an emergency deposit until you open back up 15.5 hrs later.

Not so great customer service....

Try calling and see if they will answer, or even call you back for after you've left a message. Its a struggle every time.

THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! VERIFYING A BANK DRAFT SHOULD NOT REQUIRE WAITING HOURS FOR A MANAGER TO ANSWER HER VOICE MAILS!!!! INFURIATING!!!

Great experiences here at this branch. Everyone is always so accommodating and friendly. Doryan is a fantastic financial advisor! Very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Citizens in general is underwhelming but this branch is especially useless. Go to the Tops location instead.

I just so tired of how little my business means to RBC. I'm not in bad shape money wise but a refinance would make like easy and why the hell would I jump through hoops for a bank that I have been with for almost 40 years now when I could jump through the same hoops at a new bank. Staying with one bank is supposed to make life simple you go back make responsible request that simplify life and you move on but if it's an ordeal why not just change bank. Good bye RBC thanks for nothing

All i wanted was a credit card. I got one in 2015 and they said for a credit card, a chequing account is mandatory. I opened one and never used it. It automatically got closed. I downgraded my credit card in 2016, and they wanted to open another chequing account and told me it was free for 1 year. I told them i already had one in 2015 and it got closed. They said it does not matter and since i am new to the country, my new immigrant package will still work. I opened the account and started using it and they started to deduct 15$ a month for using this account. When asked, they procrastinated that the issue is in the headoffice and they have no clue what is happening. They also BLAMED me i did not inform them of the previous years account. There is no way i can prove this. Also its surprising that they missed my account history. How convenient. The attendant who took my issue promised me she will call me and will inform me about the issue. She never did. I went into the bank and closed the account for peace of mind. Very bad customer service. Lost 15$ per month for the next 3-4 months. No reimbursement. Frustrated with the bank and the members i dealt with. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !
