I would like to sincerely thank Nisha Parikh (customer service manager) for her above and beyond work to help me. In a rush, I needed to put a deposit down on my first house I purchased. The funds were not yet transferred into my account in full to provide me with a certified cheque. Nobody in the branch or on the phone would help me, until I met Nisha. She spent an hour with me and on the phone with someone from TD, and fought on my behalf to express my importance as a client. I walked out of the bank with my certified cheque. I would have lost the condo purchase, and possibly been chased after by the seller if it weren't for this help. Unfortunately, TD makes it difficult to contact anyone in their head office to express recognition to their staff on the ground level. I hope that some stuffy CEO sees this someday, and recognizes Nisha for her work. I would have left TD as a customer otherwise. This is what they truly call "full service banking". Thank you Nisha!!

Terrible service! If you want to be treated with contempt, this is the place to go.

When I went in to do a wire transfer for my engagement ring the teller had no idea what he was doing. I had to return to the branch to get this done.

This RBC is conveniently located in Bloor West Village. Overall the staff are receptive to the customer's needs and requests. However, I would recommend a refresher on estate accounts.

Annette (the manager) is wonderful - she helped me out for a deadline and is super friendly to boot. Best service I've had at a bank. Thanks!

BMO Dufferin Mall has a new Manager, Michael Mendes, and he is always so helpful to assist my mother and I with our banking needs. We have followed him to this branch so we can continue to receive his assistance and financial advice which is vast and current. He is always ready to listen and always ready to offer the best information and sound banking solutions. We go to this branch because of the attention and care that Michael brings when assisting us. I also had the pleasure to be helped by Sara Rebelo and Jonathan Pacheco who were also very attentive and ready to make one feel at ease. Great vibe and great branch!!
