Bank

I am very please with the help for opening a CIBC Smart for Newcomers for my wife at this Crossroads branch. The young branch officer, Madhuri Singh, was very helpful and explained everything in details to us. I am very thankful to her because she spent more than an hour on opening s/a, cheque account, credit card, debit card and safety deposit box. This branch opens 7 days a week. Madhuri is a go-to branch officer at this branch if you ever need any banking needs. I am giving her a 10/10 for today's performance.

CIBC is great bank and have very rich history in banking. I am pretty fine with banking service from CIBC but that's not case with this branch. something seems wrong with staff members at this branch. in simple words, they are rude and don't care about customers. moreover, try calling this branch, i am sure , no one will pickup phone or even you leave a voice mail don't expect call you back , in nutshell, stay away from this branch, specifically from tellers.

When a customer arrives at 5:50 and the bank doors are locked...when they are "Supposed" to close at 6 says a lot! Dissapointing

This TD usually has a lineup but the staff are friendly and try to help any way they can.

Good customer service and open on Saturdays - a big plus. Also has drive through ATMs. Parking is rare to get.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, conveniently in a strip plaza with plenty of parking, during the off-hours this branch has Instabank machine.

The TD bank here slow and they make other jump the line and leave other people standing for 20 mins, customer service not good

Great neighbourhood bank. One of the last banks that work for their customers

Totally clueless about finance this location needs to be reported and audited by BMO head office

I wish Franca at front desk greet people with Smile.

I spoke with a lady over the phone at this branch. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever received at any bank period. Would not trust them with my money. I was asking for help with a large transaction. She was of absolutely no help and had no interest in helping whatsoever. She yelled at me for no apparent reason even put me on hold without asking or anything. Then proceeded to hang up after putting me on hold. They clearly don't belong anywhere near customer service. I don't know how this lady works here. I can see others have probably had the same experience .

Well to be honest, the tellers at this location just want to sell the promotions rather giving me actual service.....sometime I don't feel welcome

Always friendly

Unusually happy and service oriented employees. I find the atmosphere among the staff jovial and yet still professional. I get super service here. The entrance door is a bit hidden, as it's set back around the side. Parking is always plentiful at this plaza.

There is no way any financial institution could have treated us better than duca royal York for the renewal of our mortgage. Friendly, understanding, helpful and thorough, with great rates. This place is great.

Just posting to let people know that this is one of the busier branches... Nearly every time I go, the parking lot is full and there is a long line for the tellers. No complaint on the service though, cake on holidays also a good touch :P

I go here only because they r the nearest..but their service is their worst....only 3-4 employees can be seen when i visit them and they r always chilling and are too slow

Bank. It is a bank. Nothing more nothing less

Fast and simple
