Bank

Very friendly staff.Whenever I go there they are greeting customers with smile.Always looking for solutions. My experience with customer service rep. Carla Gomes . When i was there she helped me with my banking needs professionally and efficiently which i have never seen at other banks.Very happy and satisfied.

Bank here for ABM.

so unhappy with their service. I first call to findout an answer for a question no answer, called 3 times. Then I go into the branch they are not busy, so why didn't they asnwer the phone. Now I've been sitting here for like 45 minutes waiting to be served.

This is Lakeshore's Credit Union. I like to shop and bank local.

Always greeted and superb customer service. They could make the ATM area smell nicer, sometimes smells like piss from the drunks/homeless.

slow, impatient, a very simply paper work(less than 5mins) took them 5 weeks, I'm considering change my bank now.

I have had the greatest experience every time I go , staff super helpful and courteous .

They're always welcoming & kind. Extremely helpful.

Freindly staff

Tellers are excellent managers are great

This branch never picks up the phone! It's really frustrating.

Great experience

Good branch but no parking ground floor

Great Staff they go above and beyond always Smiling and Remember everyones name

Staff are consistent in acknowledging customer's concerns but, they are not always receptive in addressing them in a timely manner. Be patient especially when waiting for a Financial Advisor. Bring a book to read as it can be a long wait.

Absolutely the best bank and branch that I have delt with ,always helpful
