Body shop manager is incompetent. Brought my car in for a repair quote on my 2013 Charger front bumper and after 2 weeks and me calling 2x during that time frame for a follow up, he still never got back to me. Don't know how he has a job when he is clearly losing business for them. My other dealings with this place have been fine though.

Great staff and great cars

Had some work done on the front end a few weeks ago. There started a noise from that area so I took it back to have it looked at. Found a loose tray which got new screws and noise is gone! And no charge! That made my day, as parts for imported vehicles tend to be pricey. Thanks Sarnia Nissan!!

So far so good, great service, upfront pricing and great location. Time will tell how the Mazda 3 Sport GT will hold up, but enjoying the new wheels. Thanks Auto House Mazda...

After I had my oil changed, the tech noticed the serpentine belt was cracked. So I took a chance and went to Lambton Ford on New Years Eve day no less. They took me right in, and found a proper belt and told me it would be started after lunch and would take an hour to change out. The tech that was going to do my job came right in and worked through his lunch. These people are awesome. Great personalities too!. I was back in my vehicle less than a hour after leaving it. Perfect. Allowed me to enjoy my New Years Eve.

Recently helped my daughter purchase her first new car at Glen Fenwick Hyundai in Sarnia. Staff was very friendly and put absolutely no pressure on us in making our decision to purchase a new vehical. When my daughter decided to go ahead with the purchase of a new Elantra Korey in sales made the whole buying process an enjoyable experience for her. Seven years ago we were in the market for a new vehicle and my wife and I did our due diligence, spending hours researching cars online and test driving. We look at the whole engagement of the vehicle purchasing experience, which means we care a great deal about how the dealership engages us, not just the vehicle itself. We felt the best car for our wants and needs at that time was a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring Sport GLS. The experience of dealing with the sales staff was excellent. Very easy going, no pressure, very accommodating. So we purchased the Elantra and entered into an ongoing relationship with Glen Fenwick and his team at Fenwick Motors. Our experience throughout our visits for service were excellent. Very professional and helpful. So much so, that we decided to bring our 2007 Dodge Caravan there for all mechanical maintenance and repairs ( other than tires and brakes ). This November, we were looking at another purchase. Now, I'm not one to be brand loyal, especially for cars as a lot can change in 7 years, so back I went on a 50 hour research project, scouring the internet for reviews, tests and comparisons of mid-sized sedans and SUV's. We decided that the SUV was going to be our next purchase and we looked at all the competition ( except Chrysler and GM...not a fan ). Between the various online reviews scoring the Hyundai Sante Fe as one of the best mid-sized SUV's, it was further confirmation for us that Consumer Reports named it as THE best mid-sized SUV and JD Power and Associations named it most reliable in it's class ( based upon customer feedback from the 2014 models, so after 3 years of use ). We did test drive many other vehicles and although it ended up being a very close decision for us between the Sante Fe and the Kia Sorento, the one thing that stood out to us was our experience at Fenwick Motors dealership. We were waffling between new and used and came across a demo at the Mississauga dealership. We were prepared to drive down there and buy it, but we wanted to give Fenwick the opportunity to give us a purchase we couldn't pass up...and they did! My wife has wanted a Sante Fe for years and she normally drives this vehicle. She has never wanted nor enjoyed a vehicle as much as this. I am thrilled on her behalf, but make no mistake, I really like this vehicle also. It has all the features we wanted, smooth, quiet ride, very spacious for people and stuff and we love the appearance inside and out. The colour we went with ( Marlin Blue, a blue-grey colour ) for discontinued for the 2018 model year, further emphasizing our appreciation for the exact vehicle we were able to find. Even with looking into most options out there and spending a lot of time in research, we landed back where we were and we're pleased with that. Glen and his team are awesome people and I hope they continue to enjoy the success and then some, that they have enjoyed thus far. Jim, David, George, Tara, Jeremy have all been staff who have made our visits there a great experience. Keep up the good work!

From the moment we walked in the door at Glen Fenwick Subaru our experience was amazing with everyone involved, from Shane who sold me the 2019 Outback 3.6 R Limited, he was awesome to deal with, to Leighanne in Finance who explained everything so well, and Jazmine the Specialist whose tutorial was super thorough. Myself, Sean and Ryan are loving our new ride!!

Updated Review: Some car dealers are the greatest actors, but deep inside they are extremely cheap and love money. Below is the last email which I had sent Sarnia Fine Cars and they simply don't care: "You guys sold me tires at a deal because I bought my vehicle from you. These tires did not fit my car. I transported those tires in an 8 hr drive to my city. I unloaded them into my shed to store them until it was the season to put them on. When winter hit, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with a mechanic to swap the tires. After dropping the vehicle off at the shop for the day, I get a call that the tires I had were not the right ones for the vehicle. I picked up my vehicle and was charged only half an hour of labor as a courtesy. I then had to drive this wrong set of tires around and haul them into my shed once again. I don't think I need to tell you how heavy tires on rims are. I had to find new rims and tires for my vehicle in short notice. These cost me >$1000 and I had to wait a few weeks to get them put on. Now, after months of following up with your dealership about this issue I have been having, you are asking me to re-load these tires into my vehicle and drive them half way across town so that they can get shipped to your warehouse. I would also like to remind you that these are used tires we are talking about. I think we have wasted enough of each others time following up about 300$. I am not going to be carrying and transporting these used tires around the city." Absolutely repulsive customer service. Stay away!

This is a warning to perspective customers. I had a 1pm appointment, I called at 3:30 no information given told I would get a call back. I called at 4:30, was told I needed brake pads I didn't need and was given an estimate for my ac unit that I asked only for them to do a temporary repair on meaning I would be charged for them doing a assessment on it. I was then given the runaround about when my car would be completed. I tryed to complained that my appointment was at 1pm and before I could continue I was yelled at saying what does 1pm have to do with anything. 3 and a half hours to diagnosis my car is far too much time especially when it was only brakes that needed to be looked at and I had booked this appointment 3 weeks in advance. A 300$ job turned into a 800$ job. I had had the pads looked at prior when my tires were changed and was told they were not needed to be replaced yet. I was bullied by representative of VW and I decided that all I wanted was my car returned to me and 800$ was the price I had to pay to learn I couldn't trust this dealer.

Ordering parts from the dealer is healthful as soon as I brought my car for service they would not allow me to leave it with them to worked on and I had to be back the next day to pick it up I drive transport truck I can't be back the next day they're asking me to lose money to have to pick the car up lose a day of work
