If you are under 25 with G license, they will ask you to buy mandatory CDW coverage for $20. You can't use your credit card insurance. They don't charge underage fees, which is a plus. If you get into an accident that is your fault, there is $2,500 deducible (with CDW)! There is also a 200KM limit per day ($0.12/km thereafter). The car was also really old (at least 100,000 km driven). I would recommend Avis/Budget over this company because they let you use your credit card insurance. You can waive their underage fee with a Costco card. They have unlimited km/day. No deductibles, even if it's your fault. All their cars are under

Had a rental for a U-haul van from this location booked two months in advance. On the day I was supposed to pick up the van (Saturday morning), they were closed and when I called their number, the owner said they were closed for the long weekend. I don't know how you're able to close for an entire weekend when you have bookings and not call or email about it. It completely messed up my moving day. Do not recommend.

Extremely meticulous and courteous stuff. Denis and Mohammed took me through the rental paperwork for brand new Escalade quick and efficient.

Service was prompt and very courteous. My rental car was clean and had a full tank of gas. By far the best rental car experience I have had!

Absolutely disappointed by the experience. Upon a flat tire incident on road, theyre wanting to place on expenses on me of $2000 as oposed to the initial contract that you sign. Would not recommend this place even a bit. Complete scam.

The manager ** is very rude, always out of cars even if you have reservation,Very expansive, but they have nice cars and most recent modals If they change manager for this location its good for this location

Employee Chad is externally rude and dishonest , he will constantly change the rental rate on you when I called in the same day within a hour of each call to confirm, he gave me a rate of 27 a day for a compact and within a hour when I called back to book he changed the rate to 40 a day, I would suggest you avoid Chad and ask for other staff

Initial experience was good but made the mistake of dropping off vehicle after hours. And then got charged extra 65$ for fuel even though returned vehicle at same level and of course no way to prove it. Lesson learned. Was charged extra and wasn’t sent an invoice.

Good car for a reasonable price, friendly and helpful service. They even gave us a ride to the airport gate when we returned our car. Had some trouble with the paperwork, but got all the help I needed. All in all a very good experience!

Thank You Kaizen Rent A Car for your awesome service. Just over 4 weeks ago I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. I needed a vehicle right there and then, since I had to be at work the next morning. Kaizen Rent a car came right to the spot of the accident and delivered the car (honestly, I was think a million things…which car rental place should I go to? are they going to be open (since it was a Sunday evening and everything is closed)? how am I going to get there? (bus, uber, taxi), would there be cars available for rental?….etc.). Contacted Kaizen, within 15 minutes, they came and gave me an Audi A4 and asked me to come the next day to exchange the car for something my Car insurance would cover. Thanks to the young man that come to drop off the car and did the paper works in 2 minutes. The next day, Rita called the insurance company and took care of everything. She even followed up with insurance after 2 weeks and took care of business. This whole time I only spent like 10-15 minutes of my time and Rita took care of the rest….. Much much appreciated…. And thanks for all the tips. She even talked to the insurance company and I got to keep the Audi A4 for over 4 weeks, instead of switching to another car. When it was time to return the car, I asked her if I can be dropped off to north of Brampton. She made arrangement and made sure I was dropped off. Thank you K. (don’t want to misspell your name) for dropping me off even though it was out of your way and you were very busy. Thanks for your tips regarding the purchase of a car and what my rights are and where to seek help from. I’m definitely coming to you guys for my next car rental….
