Great service.

Fast Service. Got my package to Ottawa on time

Highly recommend, I contacted several courier companies last minute for an urgent personal delivery, Tanya was incredibly friendly and helpful and gave me the best rate among all quotes I got, for a delivery in less than 2 hours. Very happy and will definitely use their services again if needed.

Good place to send money around the world.Buen lugar para mandar dinero a cualquier lugar dl mundo.

Excellent delivery service and my packages always gets delivered on time!

Turtle Express does deliver quickly, but they are not set up to deliver large objects. They only use vans. I told them the dimensions of the box I needed delivered; 5' by 4.5'. They said it wouldn't be a problem. They ended up delivering it in pieces unsecured in a minivan. If you want to avoid getting damages on your deliveries, use another company.

Went to send an important document through this Fedex Westin location a couple of weeks ago and to be honest, I was not happy with the service I got.The guy whom I think the supervisor, was the one who helped me with my mail. First, he gave a printed receipt and asked me to check for the address, I noticed that he made a mistake with the receivers postal code and he was a little bit obnoxious when I informed him that you typed in the wrong postal. Second, he gave me the wrong tracking number. After I left, I tried setting up the tracking notification on my smartphone so I would know if it was delivered, as I enter the tracking, it shows it was cancelled, and I remembered, he might have cancelled the first receipt he gave cause he typed in the wrong postal. He did not gave me the correct receipt after he cancelled the first printed one. Third, So I went back to ask why I got the wrong tracking, now the guy is talking on the phone and the assistant lady helped me, and instead of answering why I got the wrong tracking, she smiled sarcastically, and I noticed that she grabbed a receipt from the bin and gave it to me and turned her back, didn't even apologize. After that, I don't want to do business with Fedex's Westin Location eventhough it's my neighbor. The owner should educate their staff to be more customer friendly and train them to be more efficient.

they did not attempt to deliver. tracking says i wasn't available, while i was waiting all day. had to go to their warehouse to collect.

Good customer service... very knowledgeable...
