Been on vacation all week. No attempt was made to deliver it. Woman I talked to at Purolator was very unhelpful. Very disappointment.

They do fine prints.., but no customer service

The worst company ever. They lost our whole product like chest and sidetable. They’re very dishonest. We called them a lot of time and asked about the delivery status, they lied to us. Each time they asked ok somebody will call you. But never called us back since they are the sinner. They didn’t inform us they lost the furniture stuffs and even they kept us waiting alltime. They lost such a big stuffs like chest and side table. They updated the shipping status as delivered but we never received that.I don’t recommend them. They are fraud.

Unprofessional company, clearly poorly managed as the cars are all falling apart and the workers are miserable in my experience. Have had mail sitting for over a week waiting to be picked up on several occasions.

My god, slowest workers ever...

As a small business owner myself, I hate to leave a bad review but I am deeply unsatisfied with the service received here. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your printing needs.

When we came in they had a line at the counter.., I wanted to leave, but Anna(I think she is a manager there) aksed if she could help or anything, offere us free coffee and some cookies, very nice girl! I told her we didnt have time to wait, cos they would charge us at the parking, so she offered to validate our parking for 1 hour...anyways she went above and beyond just to get me into a conversation and helped us as much as she could to stay for 10 more minutes, while others were dealing with people in line.., long story short, great customer service! We stayed, got our business done and free parking!

Andre Trudeau and Kelvin Fey or the UPS/Instant Imprint are the most professional and proactive team I have ever worked with. I recently needed a 'green screen' for video production. Not only did I receive the product quickly at a fair price, Andre, with a fabrication background customized a frame that allowed me to transport the green screen rather than having to limit my use to one location. They have a strong customer service attitude and will go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have used them for business cards, creating business materials, banners, and now the green screen. They are simply "the BEST".

I contacted them several times in one evening. I always received a voice mail stating there was high call volume. I finally left my name and number; I never received a call back that evening.
