Its' great as an entrepreneur to know if you need booking, graphic design , web design, legal support these skills sets are all there; many times as helpful no charge exchange for your help! About 10 days ago I went into our local UPS store to inquire about printing a personal book I have written which would include some pictures. I have been working on this project for about 5 years so, at this point, I'm in no rush to get it done;- I just want it done carefully and professionally. I went in on a Monday morning with some pages of pictures , in hand, to ask some questions about cost of printing and to seek advice on the best way to proceed. There were two employees in the store, neither, I believe was the owner. The lady who waited on me was extremely rude and dismissive. She said they were much too busy to deal with my book or the pictures or me. I told her I was in no hurry as I realized this was a pretty big undertaking and they could take all the time they needed to do this. She suggested that it would be "very expensive" , implying that I couldn't afford to do this. I told her I expected it would be costly but it was very important to me and cost wasn't a factor. I finally left the store;- pretty much being "dismissed"..This lady was rude and very disrespectful . I am a business person who has used UPS to take care of business needs for me in the past. I will never go into this store again. I went straight to STAPLES and found the lady there extremely helpful and excited to help with my project. I have lived in Collingwood over sixty years and have never been treated in such a shameful way by a business person. There is just no need to treat people this way..ever!!!. There is capable and pleasant people out there to help;- I would suggest before one would take the chance of being treated so shabbily at UPS check out Staples.....

Worst customer service ever.. There rude to each other all the drivers drive wrecless. Argued with me on the phone over nonsesnse ..this is a horrible buisness that will eventually get over run..the owner also works at pioneer gas station.this town needs uber. Or skip the dishes app..i guess itsonly a matterr of time untill it gets taken over by technology and westop overpaying delevery feecharges.. In terms of delivery this place is prettymuch your only option unfortunatly unless your go with pizza pizza

Worst delivery company ever! I was expecting a package from Walmart and was home all day. All they did was call my husband's mobile ONCE when he was busy and couldn't answer the phone. They never even bothered with the buzzer! And now we are supposed to go and pick up our stuff ourselves. When I called canpar customer service they absolutely seriously called this single phone call a proper delivery attempt and in the end just hung up on me!! WORST SERVICE EVER!

I ordered MS Office from amazon and expect to deliver today. It came but just leave missed notice on mailbox. I had been at home all day but there was no call or buzz. Now I have to all the way to north to pick up. This is not the first time it happened. Just close company if you don't deliver. So they can use other company.

My friend and I went to this store and inquired about getting some cards laminated, cut and put on rings. We were quoted $20 plus tax and information was written down. I was informed I could pick up the sets of cards the following day. So I popped in and was told now it cost $50 and nothing was cut or put together. I spoke to the owner about at least a phone call to say the cost was more than double. He said he knew nothing about it. So I did the work myself. I am happy I know people in business to warn them not to come here. As they don’t even look for your paperwork. Please consider going to a more reputable business if you have anything important to you that honours their word. Thank you.
