Four days late and they just dumped the ($500+) package on my porch when signature was required for delivery.

My package was put on hold due to "weather" at 2 pm at the local facility 30 miles from my home. My only problem was is that the weather was perfectly fine. So now it is the next day and I am going to drive to pick up the package my self because the weather is going to get bad for the next 36 hours. Which means that the package I was suppose to get in 1 day will now take 4 days without picking it up personally. When you pay $30 for shipping, you expect to receive your package on time when the weather is perfectly fine. I will never use DHL again.

Worst business in American History! !!!! Their mission statement is a joke because nothing they say they live up to. I have had multiple packages lost, extremely late delivered, and no help from them at all. As of right now I have a package still in Ohio that should have been delivered Saturday. They have left me on hold for 30min and I’m still holding. This isn’t the first, nor the second time they have done this. Even with me ordering products early they still never arrive on time which reflects on my business. As a business owner I know what it means to not only honor your mission statement but to make sure you go above and beyond for your customers. They have no idea what Excellence. Simply Delivered means ........😡😣

A delivery that was picked up in Brampton on a Friday did not arrive until a week from the following Monday - 11 days. And we were told on the Thursday that it would be delivered on the Friday, but Friday came and went.

Todor was very helpful on multiple occasions. The trucks were in good shape, drove well, and did the job. I rented from them on three occasions and would gladly do so again should the need arise. I highly recommend them, especially Todor. Great service!

As a previous customer of this half-ass organization put your shipment on a horse and buggy because at least it will make it there. We payed for the Gold Standard which started out as before noon to before 5pm which we could live with. From there it just went down hill. Guaranteed for Friday before 5pm and now turned into HOPEFULLY Tuesday. Pay the extra and use a legit carrier not this company who cares little for customer service.

I retired from there after 30 years love working there and now they have a good manager she works with customers and drivers best of luck sus.
