Stayed home from work to receive the package on the estimated delivery date. Package didn't show up until the day later and is now going to this place that is only open week days til 6. Fantastic, I have no means of getting my package without missing work.

The place a bit hidden amongst all the large super markets surrounding it. Have a look at the picture I posted for easy locating. Really good service, this place even has a mailbox service you can rent and access 24/7.

DHL is the worst - I'm fully aware that this is a Loomis location and is only somewhat affiliated with DHL, but they should learn to choose their partners wisely. If you work with and condone DHL then you earn their rating. I have never once had a good experience with DHL shipping and have only used them when ordering from someone that gives me no option to choose another courier. I really hope DHL goes out of business one day so I no longer have to deal with them, in the meantime I suggest anyone who's had a bad experience with them not only rate DHL with low scores, but any companies that work with them as well.

I called today for a mailbox rental and the lady took the time to talk me through it and answer all of my questions. Nice to know that they will keep my parcel longer than five days for a small fee of $5.00 if I don;'t pick up during the first 5 days. All other places I called told me that they return parcels for their mail boxes if they are there more than 5 days, since i am renting a PO box and not a storage space. At least with The UPS Store, I am renting a mailbox and can have my parcels delivered there and I am not afraid that they will be sent back to sender after 5 days like all the other places would do. The lady was very nice to talk to and did not make me feel like I was being annoying asking a million questions. Glad to see someone cares about customer service. :):):)

Local newspapers are an important part of any community.

If I could chose who ships my item. I would pick Canada Post since there just beside my house. Sadly i cant when i order stuff online. Its a mix bag of service I feel. Im not angry, just have to go around my work schedule to get it by the 5 day limit.....why not 10. It a bit difficult for me to get to any of the location on buss since I have to transfer and the busses are not frequent. i call and ask if hold item on day im off work and they said no. I cant go in the morning since with buss i would be late for work. Then afternoon the place would be closed when im finish work. Just wish the hours or ease of access was better vs canada post hold package for twe weeks.

Quick and easy service by one of the employees there named Vicky. Cheapest parcel receiving company I could find in the area. Going back for a second visit in a few weeks Follow up review on April of 2018. Been here numerous times after the initial review. Fast, efficient service every time

This location is listed incorrectly. The phone number is a 734 area code which is in Metro Detroit. The employee who answered the number confirmed that this location is erroneously listed in Port Huron.

Awful! Just Bad! What a Nightmare! All 4 times I had no other option but to use them. Texted an Internet line to tell me they were holding my package, even though it doesn’t receive texts, idk why but it doesn’t. Then according to the date of expected delivery they called to tell me I had less than 12 hours to pay duty fees or they were going to send it back. THE DAY IT WAS EXPECTED! For some reason the duty fees are ALWAYS more with them AND the first two times they “couldn’t” tell me before hand what the cost was, and changed me at my door, and claimed they would email me a receipt because they can’t print them. NIGHTMARE every single time!
