Trying to work with dispatch and then the driver for pick ups has been awful. Putting in way to much time for simple tasks. They do not attempt to help poor customer service and relations.

I contacted this store seeking a rush job on some last minute marketing material. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The graphic designer at this location was accommodating and extremely easy to work with. Also, the turn around time on my job, design to print, was next to none. I would definitely recommend this UPS location. Best staff, hands down!!!

Absolutely horrible. I paid my duty online and changed the deliver address to my work, as someone will always be at reception to receive the package - apparently it didn't change. I called and changed it over the phone, and then later I got an email saying they attempted delivery at my work but no one actually came! I called back saying so and she said she will put a note in for the driver to come to the 22nd floor, even though the address already said suite 2200. After the phone call, I got an email saying the address reverted back to my home address so I called again saying it should not be reverted back to my home address, it should still be my work address and the new girl I was talking to couldn't find the record the earlier girl put in!!! So I had to tell her my work address all over again and told her to put in instructions to the driver to come up to the 22nd floor, she said she didn't need to as the address includes suite 2200. Then I had to explain that the driver probably doesn't understand as why would I get a notification saying they attempted delivery if they never even came? If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was home all day then about 3 pm I received a notice on my cell that a package my wife was expecting to show up on Mon had been delivered at 2:50 pm. I checked the mailbox and ground around our steps and nothing there. Later i happent to be looking out the front window only to nitice a orange envelope tossed out onto our lawn. I ran out to see if that was the package in question and it was. Anyone could have been walking by and grabbed i. That is just not exceptable delivery in any country certainly not here in Canada. That employee should seriously be fired. The next time I order something if they say your company is the carrier I will not purchase it. This is totally unexceptable!
