At my last job I used several trucking companies and Hi-Way 9 always had the best service and nicest drivers.

Drivers are idiots, no consideration for others on the road.

Staff are always as quick as they can be, especially when it's really busy. Two tills open with one person at the cash register and they manage to serve everyone in a timely manner.

Hours on webpage stated they were open Saturday from 10:00 to 3:00. They were closed. Sign stated hours from Monday to Friday only.

Staff were friendly and super helpful but they dont offer printing as a service and the location isnt obvious. They used just a small cardboard sign thru the window

How I wish if I order online it not go to UPS because the delivery service here in fort Mcmurray are Worst and unbelievable you will will be piss off to the driver and such a liar. They will call u and if u can’t answer they will tell that we missed him if they go on our home how come we don’t have any notice posted on the main door of the bldng . And if u call him and arrange to him what time you will be home and he will ask you he need somebody to help him to carry the package because it heavy and take note he will not call you your the one to confirm to him that your home already at the end he tell you okey your home already i will go there to drop the package and find somebody to bring it on your unit because I just make u a favor to bring your package because My shift is done already if you want me to bring it to your unit I will delivered it tomorrow and ask your husband to help me . Its amazing right what’s the difference and same thing we are home same time because we are working both in the morning. And in a first place he agree to delivered on time when we are home already why he didn’t tell us when we talk on the phone That the time are home he is already off so we can arrange the following day. And take note this package is a replacement of my first order that went missing on of course in UPS facility. It’s gave me frustration and stress .to driver of UPS if you don’t want to do your job find another one . And by the way they are also liar they didn’t come to our bldng they just call u if u didn’t answer they will scan the item that they do attempt to go but no one home . There is no notice posted on our main door. Even when we talk that we already home he scan the item that we are not home because he doesn’t want to help my husband to bring the item on our units. It happened this to us twice already they will gave u hard time and stress.... I want to order more If you will think the way they treat there customer will give frustration and stress and we have lots coming and so sad it will goes to UPS. How I wish I can cancelled them all but we needed it badly because it’s our 1st home instead of enjoying it to complete the stuffs for your home they give u stress and hard time..
