Lately DHL have become absolutely useless. They fail to reply to customer queries, you have difficulty contacting them. Its a week (!!!) since my parcel is “on hold” for a mysterious reason and the only thing their support can tell is “hold on, it’s OK, wait a little bit” but nothing about WHY it is in hold and what is being done about it. At the same very time they continue to charge as if the delivery is fast.

I came here to drop off my FedEx parcel. They guy working there said he doesn’t know how to do it - only DHL. What a joke.

Just sent these for chairs to the states for about 60% of the price that I had been quoted elsewhere.

use them to send a big pacage to a client, one letter on the whole adress was wrong... anyone would have guessed the "strret" could be "street" number of the house, name of the street, post code.. all the rest was right... because of the "strret", the package wasn't delivered...

The best Courier company I have ever worked for and believe me I have worked for quite a few. The management and the rest of staff are very humble and honest and they would bend over backwards to accommodate you. I was working as a van delivery driver and the only reason I have left them is because of the long hours. Unfortunately that is the nature of the job wherever you go and that is why I gave up couriering once and for all.

So, wow you knwo what if you want entertainment just read through the DPD reviews, as 95% of these reviews say and i can confirm DPD are a joke. I bought a £300 item on Amaxon yesterday and scheduled a next day delivery, little did i know that it would end up in this. I have been home and up waiting for this parcel since 6am as its important that i get it today. It impacts my work, only to de told that the delivery guy missed me at 8.11 am called DPD immediately after i got the notification at 8.18am was told by employee to hold as he calls the driver, conviniently the driver was not picking up so he left a "voicemail" for the driver this call lasted 5 minutes. Wow must have bedn some quick voicemail since i took about 2 minutes to get through to the representitive. Anyway after that the representitive told me to call back at 9am to check if driver has replied and will be returning to deliver my parcel that he has clearly not bothered to deliver. Anyway now at 11.17 i called Amazon and you know what thanks you so much for amazon great customer service. The person who i spoke to called DPD only to be hit with the same line, "driver not responding i will leave a vicemail". DPD are a joke i just hope people read their reviews before deciding its a good idea to use them all thsy want is customers money the rest dont matter. Their employees can steal packages, delay deliveries and the company does not care. This company should go bankrupt they are a disgrace. Appaling service. Guaranteed i dont get my parcel today which i will ask amazon to refund the next day delivery i paid for. This is a joke and i will not stand for it. I hope the owner reads these reviews he needs to get a grip of his company. Of p.s There are special instructions on my parcel to phone me when at my door. That never happened either. Worst delivery company I have worked with. Promise to deliver on day 1 - miss the parcel because the delivery man does not want to go up to the flat and doesn't pick up the phone after he leaves. Finally, after hours of calls they promise to come back that same day and DONT! Wasting time and money on this nonsense delivery company. Never to be used again. And again Today (11 may) they miss the delivery! Once again up to their terrible standards. Please avoid this company.

Fantastic service!

I used Fiveways Express for a last minute delivery and everything ran perfectly. Pick up and Drop off was both on time and was during rush hour. Would definitely recommend using Fiveways!

Great service on point and decent delivery prices and service

This was the first Amazon Locket I visited, I’m already very happy with Ordering on Amazon at home and always turned out well. I was visiting London for Vacation and another family member needed a new phone battery. Ordered came next day and the library it was it was closed at the time we came so we had to go the next day. It worked well put the code in and the door popped right open with are package Thanks Amazon!
