Courier

Apologies for my previous review (which I have now edited). I must have missed the closing time by mere minutes. I've used this service before, and they have been reliable.

Poop

Honest good customer service and relations. Also wants future business from old and new customers.

Found out the delivery driver had given his personal number to my girlfriend for faster and free deliveries ... he then started spotting to her till pay day and can now prove he has been having sex with her as he tries to always make her delivery his last drop. Watch out for the tall slender red haired guy.

I've been using this as my go-to UPS store for over a decade. The owner (and the main person who serves customers) is a huge help. She cares more about her customers than anyone else I know and with the high volume of parcels, busy periods are to be expected. Probably not the best time to call with a hundred questions, when the service provider has a lineup in front of her. That's difficult for anyone to manage successfully. (picking up on some of the comments) Unfortunately, the owner/operator has had some health challenges (throat/face cancer I think and thus has a replaced jaw) which makes it very difficult for her to talk. I think, based on reading these other reviews, that people are misinterpreting her approach and phone voice as rude, when it's really just because it's hard for her to talk. There are hundreds of loyal customers who just get it and know Alice and how she operates. Can we have more compassion for a small business owner doing her best than all of these horrible reviews?! There is no one I would trust more to manage my mail and parcel collection and to help in a pinch when it comes to printing and other services through the store.

It is rare for me but I give the UPS Store at Huron & Highbury 5 stars. I have been in and out of this business multiple times in the past few months. Amanda and Brianne are excellent to deal with. Brianne has been very helpful with my little door decorating laminate projects. The two young ladies are always very helpful and make sure I never forget my thumb drive - lol. Thank you ladies.

Great Service

Ordered a package online and the only option was to get it delivered to a UPS store. I selected this location since it was the closest only to find that my package had been delayed and was sitting in the warehouse. Received a call a few days later from UPS that they had tried to deliver my page multiple times and that no one had answered. I told them it was the UPS store and they backtracked only to inform me that location was closed for renovations. Ended up picking my package from behind a desk a variety store about a week late and one awful experience later.

Tina at FedEx Freight is great to work with - Thanks Tina!

If you are lucky enough to work at this terminal you will enjoy it it is one of the better ones in the group of confusion.
