The best customer service I have ever witnessed. My glasses broke on my recent trip to Toronto, I went into the store hoping that they could fix them somehow. The lady working went far beyond the call of duty and repaired my glasses for me. Exceptional experience.

Walked in with broken nose pad, was fixed in 5 mins for reasonable price. Great service everywhere else wanted a day to fix it.

My husband and I were knew to Toronto when searching for an Optometrist. I was looking for a place that offered Direct Billing and ended up with SO MUCH MORE!!! This is an amazing, family owned business and each member has their own duties/responsibilities. The staff were friendly and helped me choose glasses by providing me multiple recommendations. I'm generally really picky but I was able to quickly make decisive choices. They were patient, and helped me thoroughly with the overall process. Glasses prices were low and fair. Staff were very welcoming, I would definitely come here again. Overall, I would say I was well taken care of.

She has a large selection of legitimate high end frames and lense options, even for a low budget. I've referred her to friends and family and have heard nothing but good things. Health insurance or not, Kim will tailor to your needs!

I had requested my glasses to be shipped to my address in the US as I needed a pair of glasses at the earliest. I contacted Selina Paul, their Director, through their customer service. The request was expedited and they made sure that I received my glasses in a timely manner. I would definitely say that I experienced great customer service at Josephson's.
