Hakim on Broadway was great! The staff were super helpful while I was shopping for glasses- not pushy and very welcoming. I had visited many other places in Vancouver and Hakim had by far the most diverse selection frames with the most down-to-earth staff.

I’m so glad I decided to get glasses from them. I was more than satisfied with their customer service, and vast selection of glasses. They’re all super knowledgeable and kind as well! I’ll be sure to come back, and to refer them to others.

Superstore has lots of great brands that you can't find in other grocery stores and the staff is always friendly. James the cashier is seriously one of the greatest cashiers I've ever dealt with. He is quick and efficient and literally has a joke every time he scans my items. I hope James goes far in life.

I lost my Ray bans, and Carlo helped me find a pair to replace the ones I lost. Carlo was super friendly, showed me options, but gave me enough space to make a decision on my own. In the end I just went with the classic wayfarer with polarized lenses.

I really appreciated having the testing and the results explained well.

Great staff and customer care. Most doctor visits to me are stressful for a variety of reasons. This place - Not stressful at all. Kind and knowledgeable staff - only drawback is they are a bit preachy but honestly that's because they know their stuff and seem to have a strong desire to communicate this information.

Dr. Gary Archer is phenomenal. I haven't been to an eye doctor in a while and didn't know that it could actually be enjoyable. He really took his time and explained everything he was doing. He is funny and patient and has a great bedside manner. The opticians in the front that sell frames and sunglasses are a separate entity from the doctor. I didn't use them, as I buy all of my frames and contacts online, so I can't speak to their services, but the doctor was well worth the visit! They also have a very easy to use online scheduler, and weekend hours for the calendar challenged :)
