Eyewear & Opticians

The Optigals are not only helpful but knowledgable and the selection in their store is unique and unparalleled. They understand exactly what will suit your face and help you into the best possible frames.

Outstanding service, quality products and the lab manager, Gordan, was especially helpful. This is where you want to buy you glasses.

Great service, awesome workers!

Has an awesome international section. Produce section is much better than a few years ago. Prices are comparable to Costco. Get rid of self checkouts OR give customers a discount for using them.

The staff was so kind and patient last time I went there. Bought a rayon aviator yellow flash lens there!

Great service and quick and prompt deliver of a great selection of quality products. I've been doing business with Sunrayzz for 6 months or so and have only had good experiences so far. I wish everyone could do business like Ray. 5 stars !!!

This is the second time in three years that these folks have broken my glasses. This time I ordered from them a pair of sunglasses specifically for a trip to Hawaii. The first pair arrived, late, back ordered frames apparently. They then, upon trying to adjust them, broke them. The second pair arrived two weeks after that. I showed up to pick them up and no joke, they broke this pair as I waited in the lobby. I told him that I really needed them for my trip. I paid cash and then submitted to my insurance to get them faster and it quite literally took them four times as long AND I am leaving for my trip tomorrow morning WITH OUT my new sunglasses. I will never go here again and have requested a full refund. No calls from them, no excuses, nothing, Like I never ordered from them. I was patient, I waited and waited. NOTHING.. DO not give them your money for Walmart service. I hate to write such a bad review but I gave them every opportunity to get them to me. Every opportunity.

I just made an appointment on-line and was about to look at frames, but decided to check the reviews. I moved to this area 3 years ago and this is my 3rd trip back for new glasses. I've always been treated with respect and offers for help, even if I just dropped in to have my frames adjusted. Glasses have always come in two weeks after order was placed. I know you can't please all the people all the time, but my experiences have always been professional and courteous.

Great selection and great service. Highly reccomend.

I just purchased my second pair of glasses in two years from Hakim's and I'm have had a very positive experience both times. Each time the only adjustment that had to be done is a slight tightening up so the glasses didn't slide down my nose. The staff are very friendly and helpful but not in a pushy way. They listen to you and help you every step of the way from finding a frame you are happy with to the after sale adjustments if necessary. I will definitely go back to Hakim's for my next pair of glasses in a couple years. Thank you to the great staff for making my experience so pleasurable.

Great selection, good service and prices. Fully satisfied with the experience

Always great service, can usually find what I'm looking for.

Best selection of breakfast cereal in Brandon! Great selection of food products (love their health and wellness aisle)! Avoid weekend afternoons, like most grocery stores. Their self-checkouts are also easy to use and work great.
