Hardware

Well laid out store with helpful staff. Prices are competitive and they are well stocked. Hassle free returns with receipt.

I did a renovation last year and my contractor recommended that I deal with Victoria Speciality Hardware. I had never done a renovation before and it was a bit overwhelming. The staff at Victoria Speciality were exceptionally helpful. They offered me many suggestions and made everything so simple and clear. They even gave me a deal on a kitchen faucet that was in stock. I was very pleased, it was a positive experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking to do any size of project. Good location, easy to park, friendly staff and the displays are nicely laid out.

Good service. It's like a candy store for men!

Wonderful store. Could have spent a fortune there.

Excellent service and good hardwood inventory

Nice staff. Always helpful. Not as much inventory or selection as years past but still a good place to grab essentials and quick fix parts.

To ALL renovators around Victoria, B C Shower Door is the ONLY company to use: Quality, good service, good price........dont waste your time anywhere else....thank you for our shower!

We use them for our Business. The team is great to deal with and fast to respond most of the time.

I love this place! Great service and great products.. And it's supporting a local company 😊

Great local hardware store. Helpful friendly staff.

I just called and spoke to someone from this branch looking for some assistance to track down a couple replacement bolts & nuts we need for a Shurjoint coupling. I have photos of the bolt, we have measured it, we have the spec information from Shurjoint and all I wanted to do was send this information to someone there to get assistance with tracking down 2 replacements. As a fastener company I assumed they have experts or people on staff that know more about this stuff than I do. This person was not willing to give me an email address or offer any type of assistance to track parts down. Just go on the website and select it yourself I was told. No other vendor I've dealt with in 12 years has ever said that to me. No one has ever not been willing to help track something down. I certainly won't reach out to them again for anything. If staff aren't willing to go the extra mile on smaller things like this, they don't deserve bigger orders. Within 2 minutes of talking to another vendor just down the road from this branch and sending them the photos and info we had, we are on our way to pickup the parts. My advice; go elsewhere. Don't bother going here or giving these guys your business. If your like me you'd much rather support other company's that are willing to help you get your job done.

fastenal sucks, they are super expensive, you must buy in bulk, nothing ever in stock

I would like to express my gratitude for the high level of service my wife and I received last week at your Victoria location on Glanford Avenue. Our plumber, Jeff Black, put us in touch with Trish Vassiliadis. She took us through all the options for tubs, sinks, toilets, taps etc. for our new house. Trish was thorough and professional as well as friendly and positive. Sometimes choosing these sorts of things can be stressful for the home owner, but we left your store feeling well looked after and relaxed. The guys behind the counter were great as well. All in all, a very positive experience for us. We will be back for all our future plumbing supply needs and have already recommended your company to friends. Thanks again, Jim Bowen

Large well stocked store. Knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help.

I bought a Dell laptop here last year. Got great informed service at that time with no hard sell. They helped me find a good model that met my needs at an eminently reasonable price. A few weeks later I went in with a bunch of questions and they were very helpful. Recently I had an issue with it--took it in first thing in the morning and had it back an hour later at a reasonable cost. I recommend them most highly.

My iMac (which was less than 3 years old) kept shutting down with no reason. Nicolas at Priority 1 changed the power supply and it worked! It did take over a week as the power supply needed to be ordered.
