Home Builder

I highly recommend purchasing from this builder. Very impressed with the quality and customer care that Country Homes put into building their homes, especially for a large volume builder. I've purchased from other builders and my experience with Country Homes was the best by far. I always knew there was someone there to take my calls and answer any questions I had along the way.

Beautiful house and above all awesome experience with the team. Can't be enough grateful and thankful to Chris and his team for all his timely help . He with his cheerful and friendly persona made sure that even the tiniest bit of issue was solved with efficiency. Thanks a lot Chris. Thanks to Monica Chevarie too.

If you want quality workmanship these are you guys. Pay the money if you have a chance to work with them.

looking forward to seeing my dream home after the experience i had with Carlo thank you guys!!!!

Excellent customer service and choices in home upgrades!

Horrible customer service by the receptionist, she doesn't even acknowledges the question you're asking here.

Cook homes cleared a small old grove of trees without any permits in order to push a development project in Chicopee area. After they failed to get permits, they just left the plot as is, no rectification, no penalties form the city. This kind of behavior doesn't belong in 2018. Cook homes are not friends of the Kitchener community!

These guys just want your money. It's been sooo long waiting for my initial walkthrough repairs. They kick you out of your home to do repairs for 3 days and when you get back none are done and you can't get a hold of anyone. Horrible service, very bad investment. Ceilings are cracking, appliances are not the ones on contract and are now out of production so we are all stuck with bargain equipment that is half broken and conFusion cannot replace models that aren't being made anymore. They sent a 100 dollar cheque.

Beautiful, Professional and friendly. Selling fast!

We have experience buying homes from different builders, so comparably, coscorp is actually one of the good ones. We are very satisfied with the quality of work put into our home. Although they delayed the closing 3 times, it wasn’t as bad as other builders. They fixed outstanding items within a coupe of weeks after the initial PDI and that’s a really good sign. Customer service is also very good!

We had Marc build our custom home and are thrilled with the results. Moved in late last year and 7 months later no problems at all . He was always available during the build and we met with him frequently. He was prompt at answering any questions or concerns and also contacted us regularly if he had anything that we requested that he wanted to clarify. We had a minor issue with some caulking that needed reapplication after the winter and he noticed it and sent someone into fix it . Done within a week! That is prompt service. This was our second custom house built and a far better experience than the first. Thank you to Marc and his team of great contractors!

Not what i expected

Dave was an excellent guy to work with. He is organized, on time and communicates clearly about what to expect, when the work will be done and how best to achieve the results you want. Dave also works with contractors who share his attitude to the job. We always knew what to expect from Dave, and what we got was outstanding. We have recommended Dave to friends and they all agree that Dave is the guy to get to build your home.

Great development and great community !!
