Room service refuse to answer the phone when it went to the front desk they told us they were very busy in the restaurant we went down to the restaurant and there were two people in the whole restaurant we ask for a bagel and coffee on a Sunday morning to take back up to our room and after 20 minutes and came back to tell us they didn't have any Bagels too many complaints not enough space to list. Filthy Halls was carpet that needs to be replaced. Reserved for floor because of ill put us up two flights of stairs. Had Buffet Saturday afternoon ask waitress for three extra Waters and she said she already put nine waters on the table so we can find where they were. Waitress was pregnant and very rude. Ask to put it on our bill and she said we had checked out when we had have to argue with her about the bill. Beautiful view nice yard lovely water good food buffet overpriced and cold food

Enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The owners were pleasant and always ready to help. The entire town is quaint and cozy. Everything you need is within walking distance. There is coffee in the mornings and a short 3 minute walk will get you to the local diner for breakfast. 12 minute walk to Ft Niagara, the 1812 bicentennial garden is just one lot over from the motel. We walked one block to the boat launch on the river and then up to Lake Ontario. Many, many, great parks, places to go and things to do. Only drawback is lack of wi-fi, but with so much to see and do we rarely even thought about getting on. The bathroom had tile that looked brand new, carpet looked brand new too. The grounds are nice and well maintained. Definitely the best maintained and cleanest motel/hotel I have ever been in and I worked in the hotel industry for over a decade.

Wonderful Hotel... Clean, comfortable, great staff, easy checkin, easy checkout, my little dog was welcome too. Close to Starbucks, Timmy's, a bunch of fast food places, right along the highway.

First time I've ever stayed at a bed and breakfast, the house is a palace out of the Victorian era and the owners are very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

They have 15 rooms there all rooms renovated very clean with friendly people close to Bradford and also Newmarket I recommend it to everyone.

Worst motel I have ever paid for. It's filthy. They have the nerve to charge $80 a night. Burn holes in the sheets. How does that happen when it's supposed to be non smoking. Permanent residents that harass you for smokes or money. No wifi, no soap or shampoo, towels with holes in them, nasty carpeting and an air conditioner with no control knobs. I checked in at 8am, laid on top of the bed to try to get some sleep but couldn't. I was out of there by 2pm. The place should be shut down and tore down.

It's pretty trashy, needs updating or to be closed down. Go somewhere else if you can.

Absolutely lovely. The hosts are warm and welcoming, but also respect your privacy. Our suite was cozy, lovely, and quiet. The hot tub was perfect (you need to register the basement suite, which is the best). Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We hope to come again. Thanks so much!

What a surprise.. One of our nights on our trip

Okay place but run down. Widow had huge break in it. Dirty on the outside of the units but okay on the inside. Definitley needs an update. Any port in a storm.

Great family run experience - staff acts like family members. Had a small issue with the sink and they were on it immediately. Looks like they are re-doing the rooms one at a time with attention to details. Great mattress - better than some of the expensive hotels. You can walk to nearby MacDonald's and about 5 other restaurants (I like fast food because I am usually in a hurry).

Very clean with an amazing land lord.

Mine is a bit of a different experience....i was doing a charter for wedding guests and one of the the people that work there came out and stopped traffic so I could back into their driveway. It doesn't sound like much but I had already made arrangements with the gas station beside to allow me to park and load guests. The employee at the hotel was insistent and all were happy.

Friendly service at the front desk. Parking was a little hard to find. Room was clean. Pool was busy outdoor. Friendly environment. Very easy to check in and out.
