Is absolutely awesome jeweler that has ears to hear what you're looking for

Great customer service. They fixed my bracelet and adjusted the prong on my wedding ring. Reasonably

Before we got married 33 years ago, we took my grandmother's engagement ring in to the Tempe store. We asked them to create wedding bands to enclose the ring, using the same simple engraved design that was on the band of the engagement ring. What we got back, a few days before the wedding, was a very amateurish final product. The engraving looked like chicken scratches. Didn't have time then to do anything about it. After awhile, I stopped wearing it because the original band was getting very thin, and my husband replaced the ring on our sixth anniversary. I was still mad about it, though! Fast forward 25 years - we moved to Ahwatukee and discovered a Ganem right down the street. I took the ring in, with the original receipt, and showed the owner. He agreed that it was very badly done. He had the bands separated from the engagement ring, and returned the ring to its original condition. I was not charged a cent for this (as should be!) This is the hallmark of a company that really does care about customer service!

I was extremely happy with this company. Very professional and courteous staff (Jessy) that treated me with the upmost respect. I would highly recommend this company and I most definitely would return in the future.

Found very good collections of t-shirts and also for kids. Very limited sandals but had good ones like party wear.

Exceptionally friendly service, beautiful selection of large stone Engagement rings and other jewelry. Labradoodles in store too!

Just finished selling our mother's jewelry to Eric. We had an excellent experience all the way around. Highly recommend this place if you are selling jewelry.

I had a friend call in on my behalf and when I arrived I was greeted well and they had already done the research based on my needs. My girlfriend absolutely loves her new ring. It was exactly what she was looking for! Thanks team!

A pretty nice selection of engagement rings, wedding bands, and other jewelry pieces. Would have rated 5 stars if some of the employees weren't completely clueless. There are some very good and knowledgable people who do work here though. I still recommend this place.

very clean store, excellent clothes to choose for men and women

Great people. Great selection

I have been a customer here since 2011. I was just in and Susan asked if I would post a review about my experience. When I got on I saw what this person had to say I was very upset by him. The ladies at this store are nothing but wonderful to every customer. They are friendly and helpful and they always go out of their way for everyone. He may of had a bad experience because of himself not because of this terrrific ladies. I recommend Susan and her ladies to everyone I know because I know they will always come away happy as I have. I do commend the Owner Jan for the way she replied to the man. It is a jewerly store and they have to always think about security. It would be no different at any other jewelry store. Pandora at La encantada is wonderful. THey have been here for a long time and Susan has only the best ladies working for her.

It's 5:35 on Sunday and they turned us away since they're closed. Mall is open till 6:00 so I don't know much more... (both locations)
