Extremely disappointed. A few weeks ago my Fiance and I went to Kay's to pick out his wedding band. We ended up deciding on a Tungsten band. He was sized and they said they would send it out to be sized. I was told we could pick the wedding band on the 9th of Feb (today) I went to the store to pick up the wedding band and the woman who was helping me looked very confused. She said "well that's odd, It looks like there is a note here saying this ring cannot be sized because it's Tungsten".. Apparently Tungsten can't be sized and you have to order the ring in the size you want. (the gentlemen who helped us out when we had first picked out the ring clearly didn't know this).. The woman then said, "We've had this for about a week, I'm surprised no one called you." I said "So did you guys order the ring in 8.5 size?" The woman clearly stated "No, we need to contact you first before ordering it" So I said "well can we order it?" She asked for the wedding date, which is the 24th of this month. Apparently the ring would be not available to come back in time by the 24th. The woman had very little to say and didn't apologize that no one called myself or my fiance to inform us they needed to order the ring, so now here we are 16 days away from our wedding and my fiance has no wedding band.. I asked the Woman how she was going to fix the situation , she said "I really don't know what to say, there's really nothing I can do for you". I requested for my money back. NEVER GIVING KAYS MY BUSINESS. This wasn't just a watch or a random gift. THIS WAS A WEDDING BAND.... way to go Kays.... You guys are terrible. You need to train your employees better.

I have to say that the other six reviews sound...well...like the owner wrote them. Especially since they were all written around the same time. Yeah, that's not fishy....Seriously, who says "They will also provide a steam cleaning for free anytime we visit"... Regardless, I have taken family jewelry here to be cleaned, resized, fixed, etc. Phil has always been really nice and done a great job. He's a nice guy who is interested in having repeat customers. I took one of my rings to fixed in a flash, and they quoted me $350 to get it resized. Phil did it for around $50. Said he could do it for less money because he does the work himself instead of outsourcing it like other places. I also took an antique watch over there and he was able to clean it and get it running, while keeping the original movement...fixed in a flash wanted $175 to clean it and insisted that it need a new movement. Watch works great. Will go back again and again.

I showed up to see what size ring I wear but they had closed two minutes prior. I told them from outside the door that I just needed to see what size ring I wear and there were four workers standing there who would not let me inside.

Please be aware that financial difficulties at Buschemeyer Jewellers or Dr. Leslie Davis, DDS, may affect your purchases or other interactions with this business. In 2015, Dr. Davis accepted a large set of silverware and an antique clock from my family's estate. Weeks later, we received a check for the silverware. The check bounced due to insufficient funds. Months of phone calls and emails with Dr. Davis, as well as letters sent by the attorney of the estate, resulted in repeated promises by Dr. Davis to repay the amount for the silverware. To date, after more than six months, all dates agreed to by Dr. Davis have passed without payment.
