The staff was courteous and professional. I went in to purchase my first Rolex ever. I told Jason what I wanted and the price range and was given a very nice selection. Him and another gentleman attended to my needs and were not pushy. Had a great experience there and will return there to purchase a watch again.

My mother broke her finger and needed her ring cut off. Smythe wouldn't do it. The owner here did it at no cost. Thank you!

I bought ring from this lady today the jewelary is nice no doubt but the lady oh ho she thinks she is some queen,no wonder why is not getting much business, i try to be nice to her i came into look no store stops u from looking and then I called her told i if i could come back she was like Are u going to buy?Nakhre toh Bohat hai iske.. DONT BUY FROM NEIL JEWELERS I mean jewelary is nice but GO TO to Nina jewelary in silver spring instead they give u discounts and the lady is friendly and smiling at NiNA Jewelars.

Ali just revitalized and repaired my favorite Brighton earrings. They are now bright and shiny silver again, the missing stones are replaced and match perfectly, and Ali updated the hooks to lever backs. I love them!! They are better than brand new with the new lever backs. Absolute perfection!!!! Thank you. Now I can wear them another 9 years!
