General Manager Donna D'Aquila called me a fat cab driver & a disputable UN American. What??? Personal insults and I think you meant despicable but have no idea why you would say such a thing. Furthest thing from the truth and I dont even know you. Your comments are despicable. There are alot of fat cab drivers with money to spend somewhere they are appreciated. Im not a cab driver. Im an Operations Manager but I bet alot of cab drivers make more money than you and can also spell.

International order efficiently handled: I placed an order in the middle of a peak holiday period and had it deliver to me (overseas) in less than 2 weeks. My watch band is now fixed for less than it would cost me (in both time and money) from a jeweler. And that includes postage (which was almost half the cost) and additional jewelry findings. I couldn't be happier.

Vinca Jewelry
4801 Jefferson St, Kansas City, Missouri, 64112, United States
Every time I shop for jewelry Vinca is my first stop and ultimately the last. Tu is exceptional in her knowledge of gems. I brought a picture from a very pricey upscale competitor's catalog and asked her if she could copy it. She was excited for the opportunity to do that and asked for my approval with every selection for the final necklace. The staff there is friendly and remembers the names of customers, even those who are not frequent buyers (I witnessed this as I worked on the design for my project). You can browse in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere without any high power pressure to make a purchase - though I usually do.
Vinca repairs are reasonable and well done. Antique pieces are handled carefully and without damage. Vinca can do it all.

Karats has been the greatest experience ever. I entered in with zero expectations but their knowledge and abundant selections of rings made narrowing down my selection so much easier. I plan on returning for all jewelery purchases.
Kay Jewelers

If I could give this store a big fat ZERO, I would.
I asked to have my wedding ring cleaned while I was picking up a repaired pair of earrings, and when I set it on the counter, a different associate came up, snatched the ring off the counter, and without a word, walked off with it. I was so horrified I couldn't even speak! I don't care if they work at a jewelry store, they can't just walk off with someone's $5000 ring without letting the owner know what they're going to do with it!!!! The associate then came back and started scaring me into getting repairs done to the ring, saying that one of the diamonds would fall off as soon as I walked out of the store and that it would be VERY expensive to replace the diamond (actually, more like $15 at Fred Meyers) and wanted to charge me $34.99 for a single prong to be re-tipped, and then another $32.99 to have the stone set, saying the diamond was loose and was wobbling around. I tried to manipulate the diamond myself... no movement at all, whatsoever. So I asked what the stone setting fee was about since the stone was already set, and she gave me some excuses and told me that basically she didn't know but she had to charge it. I told her that I had gotten all 56 prongs of my ring (has a lot of smaller diamonds around a central large diamond) re-tipped at Fred Meyer's for around $240, and she basically told me that I was a liar, saying no one would do it that cheap. Maybe not at Kay's!!!! Anyway, I walked out, went to Crown Jewelers down Barry rd, and she was able to give me an exact condition of the prong (not as bad as they made it out to be, not in the greatest condition but could use a re-tipping) and told me that it would cost $20 for the re-tip and NO stone setting fee. She was so confused.. why would there be a stone setting fee? The stone is already set! Needless to say, unless if there is a problem with the repair I had done with my earrings (there already is, just debating if it's a big enough problem to go back) I will NOT be going back to that store. Horrible!!! Stay away!!!

Clayton Jewelers

A few years ago, a diamond fell out of my wedding band. I stopped wearing it because I realized the other diamonds were loose, and I was at risk for losing more of them. I had someone look at it, and they told me it would cost at least $150 to get it fixed. So, I put it off. For years!
Until two weeks ago, leading up to our 5 year anniversary and re-dedication of vows (which was so special!). I wanted our wedding band fixed. After scanning lots of reviews, it seemed like Clayton Jewelers was the place to go for repairs.
I received very kind customer service and high quality work! They cleaned my rings and my husband's, and were able to replace the diamond and repair my wedding band for less than $50. It looks brand new! I'm so grateful!
Highly recommend these kind people.
One word of caution - be ready to be verbally assaulted by the woman who manages the parking garage. She is not related to Clayton Jewelers but was very rude to me. It was baffling and totally startled me. When I told Clayton Jewelers my experience just trying to park the car, they apologized and said that I was the third person who had complained that week. So be warned!
