An interesting place to shop. I would not buy anything from here though.

The owner wants to dictate how business should be undertaken. It is a wonder how he is still in business. I don't recommend using any of the services here.

Daniel is an expert jeweler who has done work for me in the past (resizing an antique engagement ring, resetting stones, appraisal, advice/recommendations, etc.) His prices are fair and he always gives accurate time estimates for how long the work will take.

I was looking for an engagement ring and my brother would not shut up about Boston Platinum. Now I understand why. It's all because of Tony. He is hands down the best jeweler I have worked with. He was honest about the buying process and gave me great advice on what stone to purchase. His transparency was much appreciated and so was his humor. But what I enjoyed the most was his work. I didn't get anything intricate, just a single band, halo style ring, but it looked gorgeous. It was exactly what I wanted and it was at a price I could afford. I can't speak highly enough of this establishment. Pro Tip: If you are doing white gold, get platinum instead. It's a little bit extra but what's an extra few bucks when you're spending thousands especially on the woman of your dreams? It looks better, is non-allergic, and doesn't fade/chip like white gold.

I worked with Karen Blum and couldn't have had a better experience. Karen took the time to virtually show me the options in my price range. I decided on one. Karen was nice enough to meet me close to my work to deliver the bracelet. Couldn't have asked for more..

Shreve, Crump, & Low has is the finest jeweler I have ever experienced. The merchandise and knowledge of the staff is 2nd to none. They have always been insightful, provided advise, and found pieces of jewelry for myself, fiance, and family members over the years. The team in Chestnut Hill & Boston have always help find the most precious items for our most special occasions.

Dune is my go-to for any gift for any occasion. So personizable and amazing quality. My mom lost the diamond in her wedding ring a few years back so my dad got her a ring from dune filled with sand from the beach they got engaged on and she was absolutely thrilled! I have quite the collection myself and all my pieces are an everyday staple! Couldn't recommend it more.

It is by far the most confortable place to buy jewelry, I had my (now) fiance's ring custom made, I went in three different stores to compare price and quality. Doug's service make the others stores look like beginers, the ring was delivery on schedule and excelent quality, exced all expectations....I would give 6 stars if availible...

Bert is the best watch/clock guy around. He has worked for some of the most iconic names in the industry and has a wealth of knowledge. He can change your battery or completely strip and service your 100 year old pocket watch. I’ve trusted him w my family’s watches and jewels for several years.

A friend recommended David and Company. What an experience. The knowledge of gemstones, diamonds and estate jewelry made me feel very comfortable purchasing. I highly recommend David and Company.

Yesterday, March 28, was my first time at the Wellesley Lux Bond having moved to Massachusetts recently from Connecticut. Joudi was delightful and I felt like a life long customer of Lux Bond. She gave my husband and me her full attention with particular care for the details of our transaction. We also spoke to Nancy and felt equally as welcome from her as we did from Joudi. It was a wonderful experience !

This Claire’s had a wide variety of merchandise. It was crowded when we were there but the way the store is laid out we could navigate it quite well. I liked the novelty items as well as the standard materials that they have there. The store is brightly lit and located within Twelve Oaks Mall, so, it is convenient once you get inside the mall. It was generally well kept and clean but the carpeting could be freshened up a bit. The clerks were not obviously around. The manager had to take care of the restocking and moving of merchandise. The clerks response times at the register were slowed, but not critically, by their interaction with each other. One seemed engaged in the work while other seemed upset about something. Even though the line grew they took care of the customer right away and in a businesslike manner. We got everything we were looking for and we will visit the store again.

I have been coming here since 2005 for purchases & jewelry repair. I always get great customer service.

They are much better than the one on Gratiot staff is very nice and they work with you ...

Love the friendly staff and the one on one service they give. The only jewelry store I go to and I've been going there about 5 years.
