After calling many jewelry stores, this place was recommended by a friend. I called for an estimate on fixing my necklace (which was the most reasonably priced estimate within a 30 mile radius). I took the necklace in and everyone was very nice and accommodating. It was fixed more quickly than I had anticipated and they gave me a beautiful, embroidered silk pouch for my necklace. I’m so glad my friend recommended Na Hoku (Ala Moana location)!

Staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly😁 Ask for Kim and Nick! They are so fun!

Great service

Had to wait for 2 different women to see scarves. Neither knew anything about scarves, nor Kermit Oliver (whose scarf I bought last time I was in Hawaii) nor was the one who showed me some knowledgeable (or even seemed to care) about what I was looking for. It's like they'd never even looked at scarves. Neither congenial nor helpful. They need to be trained.

Excellent store with amazing selection of fine time pieces. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jason and James helped us. These guys know there business. Overall great experience.

Mom and Pop shop with their daughters. Super friendly, and they do nice work! They do tend to work slow but there are only 2 workers (?).
