Today I took a watch I bought a few years back to Prouds for adjustment. Adjusting it for daylight saving is rather complex. The Chinese guy could not have been more helpful or pleasant. As a senior living in a retirement village it is always good to meet helpful people who go out of their way to be helpful. Excellent service!

Bought a gold necklace ($550) that came undone in 2 months, and by undone I mean it crumbled apart link by link. Was told it wasn't faulty, it is wear and tear. I was told it was due to incorrect wear because it is occasional wear only, I wasn't told any of that at the time of purchase. Customer service is not just simply bad, it is the worst I've ever experienced. Condescending staff. Terrible quality. And overall the worst experience ever. Avoid it like the plague!

Appauling service. Was not even looked at by a member of staff assuming because of age and appearance (dressed casually). Was willing to buy before receiving no service at all. Would happily give my money to another business.
