I received detailed product information during my purchase and was offered multiple options to choose from. Very warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Overall, quite a positive experience. He confirmed all decisions before going forward on the design and made adjustments as well. We used pay-pal for secure payment processes. He found an amazing Diamond that definitely added a unique touch to his design. I have a one and only until someone copies it.
