I’m always really bad about leaving the Christmas shopping until the last minute but this year I was prepared and I found this great little shop in South Edmonton Common...I must have passed it a million times but did really notice it. One day while I was picking up some items at London Drugs which is right across from this shop and I remembered my wife had been dropping hints about how she really wanted some new diamond earrings...OK, she was rather blunt about it as my memory is pretty bad...I digress, I thought I would just stop in to see if maybe they might have something. I am really glad I did go in as it wasn’t the usual high pressure jewelry shop like I’m used to in the larger malls. The woman in the shop asked me if she could help me and as usual I replied with a “Just Looking” and she said just to let her know if I wanted to see anything and she would be glad to help...”diamond earrings?” Slipped out and she smiled and showed me to the case where they were located. I was really quite comfortable with her helpful demeanour with out pressuring me into a big sale...although in the end I spent a little more than I planned on but left with more than I thought, they were extremely helpful and gave me a really good deal on the earrings and a matching diamond pendant... I really hate shopping especially in jewelry stores but this was a whole new experience, no pressure and the exact help I needed, I will certainly be back as my wife was extatic with the my choices...certainly a mutual win, win situation! If you hate jewelry shopping in general I would highly recommend this little shop tucked away in the South Edmonton Common!

It was like I was asking the sales lady to do something out of her job description. Like she didn't care what I wanted. I have never reviewed a store until now. Felt compelled to.

My husband surprised me by taking me here to custom create my wedding set. Our experience was like no other. When creating the set harry filled us in on every steps progress. The end result was stunning! It was everything I pictured and more. The whole process was fun and excited. We would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you to everyone that made our experience so wonderful :)

Owner doesn't pay his bills. He asked me to provide products and services for his home and stuck me with a $6000.00 bill. He wont answer texts or phone calls. Maybe this might get his attention to this matter. At this very least the public should know about his character. It's a shame after his father built such a business in this community.

I have had clocks/watches satisfactorily repaired over the years, by this business, batteries replaced in watches, etc. This business owner is fair minded. He refunded charges when a recent repair failed. He treats his customers with integrity and honourably. I would recommend him as I felt he was truly interested in keeping his customers happy.

Excellent work manship, great prices, very kind and helpfull staff. Very cost effective custom designs. I have had 4 items custom made by them and every time they exceed my expectations. Highly recomend all the goldsmiths here. My family has been using them for years for custom jewlery and repairs.
