Our family has been going to Keir since the early 90s, and we've come to know the staff quite well. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and watches, the interior of the store is nicely decorated, the prices are good, they can repair watches, and all staff members are very friendly and helpful.

I originally went to Rodan to view the Tacori rings however due to a financial setback we decided to wait another year. We wanted to upgrade my wife’s original engagement ring from a 4 piece tandem solitaire into a single stone. I was later given the option to modify my original ring by making two sets of diamond earrings with the 4 centre stones and adding a 1.5 c center stone to the ring. At first I couldn’t picture what it would look like but it turned out amazing! The staff was wonderful and very considering with my budget. There was a price discrepancy from the original quote and they agreed to withhold the price with little adjustment. The earrings look amazing and I will update my wife’s reaction once she sees it as it’s a surprise! Thanks to Deborah, Sergey and Mitchell for performing magic! Not sure how to post the before and after pics but I am ecstatic.

Exceptional customer service & knowledgable professionalism is hard to come by these days - not at Bill Le Boeuf jewellers. An absolute treat having found Adam and his team. Top notch service and environment, lucky to have found the shop. Great buying experiences, honest evaluations and making sure the buyer is well informed and satisfied. The jewellery is beautiful, however way overpriced. There is one man that just is an employee funny looking with glasses he is running the company but little does the owner know, he will never grow successfully if he is still there. They cannot keep staff employed for more than 2 months. They let them go as soon as their probation period is due. The worst unorganized system training I’ve seen to many unnecessary steps. There is another person there that has been only employee for 7 months she is evil, any new employee she feels threatened and will make sure she makes your life miserable so you either quit or get terminated. The sad part is the owner is the nicest person and has no clue about what type of circus of employees are running his business.

The service that was provided to me was excellent and informative. They where very pleasant and polite and the experience was wonderful.

Most recently, Jake and the team put together a breathtaking engagement ring for my now fiance! She could not have been happier with how it turned out - I have only Devine Fine Jewelry to thank!

the one male daytime staff I dealt with for ring sizing .. seemed as if it was his first day on the job. He made it very hard for me to decide what to size my ring at , as I never wear jewelry & wanted some knowledgeable advice.. but there was none to give unfortunately :(
