Amazing service to get my wifes ring sized. Everywhere else I went in the city I was told a minimum of $45 and would take all day or would have to be sent away. The ring was sized from a 7 to a 5.5 and was done in an hour, it was also cleaned and look just like brand new. Made my mother cry it was so beautiful as it was her original engagement ring and is close to 20 years old. Will only be going here from now on!

Customer service that equals the great jewellery. We had a small mixup at Make It Vancouver 2016 and Robyn made every effort to make it right. The problem was rectified to our satisfaction.

My daughter and I got there 2 minutes before closing and needed bathing suits to go to the grotto at our hotel and the girl working there, Shannon, was extremely sweet and gave us a few extra minutes to be able to purchase what we needed. It was very nice of her, great customer service. The store is lucky to have her as an employee!

I was very excited to purchase a $125.00 silver/cubic bracelet from this store. I spent a total of $500 that day and continue to enjoy the craftsmanship of several silver pieces I got at Kavis’s. While things w the bracelet did not work out the way I expected, I appreciate the conversation I had w the owner. I work in a field where accountability tips the scales between life and death so I take it quite seriously. Everyone learned something here.

I got everything from this store.. engagement ring, a band, a set (ring, earings,necklace) and got free earings (special offer) and just went back for an engagement ring upgrade (50% off on boxing day). They gave me the best advice on my choices and the best value for my money. I highly recommended and i will never buy a jewelry anywhere else.

Our family has been going to Keir since the early 90s, and we've come to know the staff quite well. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and watches, the interior of the store is nicely decorated, the prices are good, they can repair watches, and all staff members are very friendly and helpful.
