I bought an item online. I went to this store to return it on Christmas eve. Staff was wonderful. I will probably shop in-store rather than online next time here.

Edward created a custom Wedding band for me and I could not be more pleased. He provided insight into his process and made me feel like I was part of the creation. He realized my vision perfectly and I'm so pleased I chose him for the one ring I'll wear the rest of my life.

'Couldn't' replace my Casio watch battery as it was too difficult. Probably because I came in with a coupon for a free watch battery replacement. Went to another random jeweller and walked out within 10min with a new watch battery.

Bought Bulova automatic watch 1/8/18 Assoc#1039970. Was told the watch was made of Graphene so its light and very durable. Now, 2 weeks later it's showing wear on the bracelet. Just found out it's ion-plated stainless steel. Got it on sale for $596.25 but I would of got the stainless Bulova if I only knew. It was also apprx $200 dollars cheaper!
