Be careful what you bring to this place. If you have anything valuable it will not be in the same condition after they get their hands on it. Very shady place. It's really disturbing knowing what they do to other people's property. Make sure to take photographs and document you're item, and let their associate know the defects prior to pawning your items. This will save you a lot of grief and hassle if you choose to go to Loan Star.

I have been to this location many times, but this week had to be the worst. I walked in and everyone was busy except for a girl at the back till. So I walked up and waited while she finished what she was doing. Then she looks up at me and says "Is your name on the list?" In an awful tone and I had no idea there was a list so I replied "no" and she says "I can't help you. How did you manage to get all the way back HERE without putting your name on the list? I guess I'll have to just do it FOR you!!" Stunned, I said my name and thanked her (??) And proceed to wait 40 minutes while her and the manager chatted and giggled and walked around doing nothing, and each staff member one by one finished with their customers and I stood there not being helped. Finally, one associate notices I'm waiting and she was then very helpful. Being a retail manager myself, I just couldn't get past the fact that no one was helping me for 40 minutes. In my store the customer comes first and our store duties come second no matter what. I also would never let an employee who is not working and dressed inappropriately behind the counter and wander in and out of the back room like they own the place - so unprofessional. This was my second interaction with this manager and the first time he wasn't any better.

The return/service/warranty at Ben Moss is shameful. I don't know why they're still in business. Would not buy from them again in the future.

The people at Crowley's Jewellers were amazing to work with! I wanted a custom design for an engagement ring and they were fantastic to deal with thru out the whole process! They are very honest and fair ! I couldn't be happier with the service and the product I received, I got my dream girl and she got her dream ring! Letter of Appreciation for David Keeling My name is Tucker Densmore. This past year I decided to propose to the love of my life. For the engagement ring I wanted something to express my love in a unique way. She is world to me, and so I wanted to show how I care by getting a custom ring made. My fiancée and I are both engineers and for our first anniversary I had a small necklace pennant made into a Mobius strip to celebrate. The Mobius strip is a mathematical concept of an infinite surface. In reality it translates to a closed loop with a single twist. I went to several jewelry stores, and called around the world to find the best custom jeweller (I literally spoke to jewellers from the U.K., U.S., and Europe). I had a very tight timeframe and very specific requirements for the ring and my budget. David Keeling’s store was the last shop I visited. When I first entered his store I noticed that it had a very different feeling than that of a major name jewellery store. It was a clearly a design studio and had none of the gaudy advertising or display products. I asked David why, and he simply responded, “I sell everything I make.” I would later come to appreciate that statement after seeing my finished products. My design criteria were numerous and specific. The ring was to be made specifically for my fiancée and to match her busy and active lifestyle. I wanted this ring to be special and David made me feel as though I was part of the design process right from the start. We discussed her lifestyle, her taste in jewelry and how I wanted my concept to go from a design to reality. David was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly to me throughout the entire process. I was most impressed by the final material choice of 19k white gold. Being an engineer and having studied materials in depth, I was delighted by his explanation of why this material was the ideal for custom jewelry. In the end David created a one of a kind ring that met all my design criteria and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Right down to the materials and craftsmanship, this is truly a custom jewelry shop. It now brings me a great sense pride to see that ring on my fiancée’s finger and know that I had a hand in the design of such a beauty piece of craftsmanship. David also went above and beyond to make a romantic gesture of mine come to fruition. He miraculously made a pennant out of a piece of coal that was the first ever “diamond” I got my fiancée when I was scuba diving three years ago. I gave it to her on our first date, and due to David’s amazing craftsmanship I was able to give it to her again as part of my proposal. In summary, David Keeling is an amazing jeweller who is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality custom jewelry. He involves you in the design process and makes everything from scratch. I would highly recommend David, and I will certainly be going to him to get the wedding bands.
