Excellent service. Terry is so friendly and shows genuine interest. Price to build up the claws on my engagement ring and to replace a diamond and do some repairs to another ring were extremely reasonable. I am so pleased that he was recommended to me. I have been telling my friends. Also I got my rings back in 12 days!!

My watch has been in repair since February and I still have no idea when it will be ready. It is December. So disappointing! I'm editing my review because my watch is repaired! I realize now, that the parts for my Bedat watch were very difficult to find. It probably could not have been done by any other jeweller than Walter, at Europa Watch and Jewellery. Thank you for working persistently to get the parts and completing the job!

Had a really good experience getting my then girlfriend's engagement ring. This was a big and important purchase for me and I needed to trust the store and stay within my budget since I've read and heard all kinds of bad stories when shopping for a ring. I honestly couldn't be more happy with how it all turned out. The staff were all knowledgeable and very sincere so I felt comfortable through the whole process and valued their guidance even with all the research I did. There's so many options like a comfort fit where the inside edges are slightly rounded and reasons in the designs to ensure the diamond stays in place. And this place had a much larger selection than all the other places I checked out and could even customize the ring. The end result was a ring that my wife loves and gets complimented on all the time. What a huge sigh of relief! Needless to say we got matching wedding bands here as well. I've referred my friends and family here. Definitely worth checking out.

Our first time visit today. We were helped by Stephanie. The selection was beyond amazing! Stephanie knew the inventory, where everything was (as we had a rough idea of what we were looking for). I was browsing WEM looking for a Mothers Day Gift for my wife (from my 3 daughters) not really knowing what to get her when I happened across Design Jewelers. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a kind gentleman (Alex-whom I found out later was the owner of the store) and he asked if he could help me? I told him that I was just looking but I am sure he could tell I was quite lost. He let me know of the sale they were having and if I had any questions to just ask. As I looked around I was amazed to find so many beautiful and unique pieces - but I still had no idea what I was looking for. Alex recognized this again but this time sent one of his consultants over to see if she could help. She subtly ask a few questions about my wife and before long we were standing in front of a display case that had the most beautiful pair of earrings with my wife's birthstone and believe it or not the were 50% off. I purchased the earrings (and noticed a matching necklace) and told the consultant that if my wife liked the earrings - I would be back in June for the necklace. Thank you Alex and your staff for making my shopping experience so pleasurable.

Purchased a ring at this location at the end of June, was told I had all my warranty information for the ring that I purchased in the pamphlet with my receipt. Went on a holiday, proposed with the ring and returned late July to have the ring sized properly. Picked the ring up the week before august long weekend. Ring was worn for three days and broke dead center of the finger where it was resized. Five diamonds on the band fell out. Brought the ring in to get repaired and was told the warranty does not cover lost stones, damages accidental or otherwise. And I would have to pay out of pocket for repairs. No warranty coverage whatsoever. My ring lasted three days after being sized and they will not accept the fact that the sizing has anything to do with it, even though the ring broke directly on the cut from sizing and is a clean break. Do not waste your money here as I have. This store does not care about you and will lie and steal from you as they did from me. I may also add that cheap dollar store/Walmart rings were also worn while this one broke. No quality over cost from this store.

Recently I took a Sessions 8 Day Mantle (probably manufactured early 1900s) clock which had stopped working in to Monarch Jewellers. They did an excellent job and the clock now works better than it has for many years. I am extremely pleased and would happily recommend that anyone needing a clock repaired contact them.

All the ladies at Paris Jewellers - St. Albert were absolutely great and a pleasure to deal with. I bought a beautiful engagement ring and from start to finish they provided exceptional customer service, making me feel welcomed and part of the Paris Jewellers family. Not to mention this company is a Canadian company founded here in St. Albert, so it's a bonus that I get to support a local business with deep Canadian roots. I'd like to give a special shout out to Donna, Diane, and Cathi, because of them all my future jewellery needs will be from Paris Jewellers.

Went a couple times to get my pocketwatches serviced. Very good customer service! Fast! Friendly people. So thankful. Reasonable price,very high quality service. So sad to see that there arent many watchsmiths left put there. I have the utmost respect fpr the people that do it still! Highly recommend to others! Will be back as a regular customer!

Horrible customer service. Called our home phone to leave a message regarding rings that were purchased. Well there went the surprise of my engagement. Everytime we have been in to store since to get rings cleaned or to keep up maintanince it has been nothing but a headache.

Great place for customized jewellery

It was my first time here and I have to say I was beyond and enjoyable experience! The quality of things they sell is beyond that of other antique shops. The staff were knowledgeable and so kind. The icing on the cake was that they had offered to keep an eye out for a particular thing I was looking for. I think I found my new home away from home. Thank you!
