Don't bother looking elsewhere. You will find the best quality, price and customer service here. I am picky and wanted a very specific engagement ring. Andreas was never pushy and went out of his way to accommodate my specific design requests. We of course went back to get our wedding bands for here and they were just as perfect as my engagement ring. Most jewellery stores provide you with a very impersonal experience, and we have not experience the level of care and attention we received at Diamonds For Less anywhere else. This place is a gem!

I'd say this place offers decent pricing for jewlery can't blame them tho they gotta be paying a lot to rent the space they have . They have a good selection for rings and chains . I'd rate this place a 8/10

Great new location, same great service.

Both I and my wife visited Madlen Jewellery on November 2014 to make enquiries regarding a custom sized 14k double comfort fit wedding band for myself. We were greeted by Madlen upon arrival, explained what I wanted regarding style, dimensions and type of metal to be used. We were given a quote on the price then left the store. We shopped around various jewellers and I also looked online for comparisons but could not find a ring, offering the same specifications that I requested for anything close to what Madlen jewellery Inc had offered us. We returned to see Madlen on June 2015 and as we entered, she remembered us, greeted both of us warmly and even remembered what I was looking for over six months previously. After we discussed my exacting requirements, we struck a deal and paid in advance for a custom ring to be made. The ring was ready for collection two weeks later. I met my wife after she finished work and we hurried to Madlen Jewellery Inc to collect my new band. We arrived and Madlen instantly greeted us and pulled out my ring for inspection. Both I and my wife were extremely pleased with the results. A highly polished, 8mm heavyweight 14k white gold double comfort band, perfectly made and flawless. It was popped in a small red ring box and we left utterly overjoyed. I never tried on the actual ring until my wife slipped it on my finger on the day of our marriage during our vows but it fitted perfectly. To summarise, we both feel that we were given excellent service. There were some negotiations during the initial purchase but I believe that to be a good thing as the buyer has the power to get the best deal possible and Madlen Jewellery Inc tried hard to meet our price, requirements and expectations even 7 months after receiving a quote. Bravo Madlen! Although there has been negative reviews regarding this establishment, our experience was that of a pleasurable one and at no point did we feel that there was anything untoward going on with our purchase. Thank you Madlen Jewellery Inc for your assistance in making our "Big day" the best it could be. I wear my ring on a daily basis and love the look and feel, as does everyone that has seen it.

Alex and Arbi are simply great people.They provide the personable and honest service we are missing in the industry today. They take their time to know you, your significant their and exactly what you are looking for in an engagement ring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Top of the line Diamonds and best Jeweller in Toronto.

I can't praise Aziz enough when it comes to his honesty and integrity in the jewelry business. When my husband (back when he was my boyfriend) decided to start looking at engagement rings in 2012-2013, we stumbled upon Josephine's Jewelry's store when it was in the Diamond Exchange, Downtown Toronto. It was closing time but Aziz still sat down with us and took his time explaining all the basics of choosing the right diamond. He was not concerned with whether we would come back and buy from him, he just wanted us to be educated as first-time buyers. After months of searching ALL over the City, including the outer areas of Mississauga, Burlington, etc., my husband ended up right back at Josephine's where he said Aziz gave him a great deal on a beautiful princess cut diamond engagement ring. He was very happy with Aziz's knowledge and patience with him and couldn't praise him enough. He said he was very reasonable throughout the process and his prices were more than fair. Since the engagement ring experience went so well, and after we had our first child, my husband again recently visited Josephine's to buy me a bracelet for Christmas (2016). Again, he praised Aziz's knowledge, patience, assistance and pricing. The bracelet is gorgeous! I myself recently visited Josephine's to get the bracelet fitted as it was a little big. Both Aziz and Josephine were great in explaining what could be done with the extra I was removing to make the bracelet smaller. I was leaning toward making a ring but upon speaking to them, I decided a pendant would be better. They didn't try to upsell me to make the ring. They told me the truth about the pendant being more functional and the advantages of having a matching set even though it was much cheaper to make the pendant. I really appreciated their honesty in that regard. I even spoke to Aziz after my husband picked up my bracelet and pendant and he remembered me and asked me if I liked my new set. I really appreciated that personal touch of him remembering his customers and being thoughtful enough to make sure we are satisfied. I would proudly recommend Josephine's Jewellry to anyone and will definitely continue to use them for all of our jewelry needs in the future (and I hope there are many!).

Michael gave me an appointment within a day. At his office in the diamond district downtown he showed how his tools are used as he conducted his analysis and explained every step. It took only a few minutes for him to prepare a certificate for me displaying his full report and credentials.

I really enjoy wearing their pieces of art. I love both the designs and made of their jewelry. Besides, their customer service is also excellent.

Beautiful store

By far the best choice for anything engagement-ring related. The entire experience--starting from the initial appointment, ring design and confirmation, final product, even the resizing and follow-up was nothing short of perfect. Every step was incredibly transparent, professional, and very quick as well--something you might expect from a business that books weeks out in advance, given the popularity (so be sure to book early). I was able to design & purchase the exact ring I had in mind for a much more reasonable price than any other vendor (retail), and was well within budget--absolutely no complaints.

Agree with the review below. Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly and provide great service. Please consider Fine Casting for your needs before going to places like ready mounts (rude staff, overpriced).
