Was referred in to Goldstock by a friend, and the person I was supposed to see was off that day. I ended up dealing directly with Dave Baldwin, who is one of the Managers there. I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked in, and received a great deal within my budget. Picked out a diamond and a ring, and it was ready the next day! Will definitely be returning to Goldstock for future jewelry purchases.

Brought 3 watches in to have the battery replaced. All were fine except for the battery. I received my Michael Kors watch back with the inner face loose. I went back in 3 days later and she said "you were here two three weeks ago so who knows what you have done in that time". I said "it was 3 days ago" (and I had not worn it) and she says "oh well we didn't do anything to it". So no responsibility for that which is extremely wrong. They were cheap though. $5.00 a battery replacemen but I guess you get what you pay for.

These guys are the absolute best jewelers in the Pittsburgh area. Exceptional quality in both the stones and the custom designs. Very fair pricing. Mike and Allison always take great care of me and my family. They consistently demonstrate an obvious passion for their work. We only buy jewelry from them.

I bought my daughter's 16th birthday ring at a Littman less than 10 minutes from my house. Thanks to the terrible economy, that store closed. The Robinson store is now the closest store for us, so when the gem in her ring chipped we had to drive 45 minutes to this store. When I got there, there were only two employees in the store but there were four other customers in front of me, plus the two customers that the two employees were taking care of. I was tempted to leave, especially since two people were there shopping for wedding rings. But, lo and behold, these employees can multi task! Realizing that things were backing up they started taking care of multiple customers at a time. My daughter's ring was cleaned, examined, written up and ready to be sent out for repair within 20 minutes. Very professional staff, quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

This store always has the best prices and they are willing to work with you. I'm a repeat customer here and will continue to be. They'll even polish up your jewelry if you bought it from them. Great customer service. Forgot those other mall jewelry stores.

Great Service

Asked for real opal yesterday end up walking out with a beautiful peace. To look it up online to find out why it was so cheap compared to the rest of the opal to found out it was lab created. They will tell you anything to make you buy from them just be Careful wont ever step foot into a zales again

There's definitely some cool finds here not typically found in many Claire's.

I took my damaged diamond band to LS Jewelers and they rebuilt it. The workmanship is amazing! The ring looks brand new. I highly recommend LS Jewelers for all your jewelry purchases, repairs and appraisals.
