My Movado watch stopped working after i dropped it, so I stopped in at lunch time to leave it for a repair. Fortunately, they were able to quickly check it while I waited and found that it just needed a new battery. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Appreciate their speed and honesty! Highly recommend!

They are the ABSOLUTE BEST! I bought this opal online. Amazing piece. And I wanted to make a ring out of it. I saw the high recommendations of Paul Michael Designs and decided to stop by. VERY WELCOMING people. I sat down we designed it together. Which by the way was TOTALLY FUN to do!! I got the best deal ever in price! All the work you see there was $250.00 ! If I ever have a stone that I want done, I am coming back here. Turnaround time was a week to two weeks. The nicest jewelers that you will ever work with. Also love their Harry Potter and Star Trek jewelery!

One of the worst shopping experiences ever. Extremely loud noise (some call music) prevented me from enjoying one minute. Tried to browse but needed to leave after 1/4 of the store. Personnel were totally unsympathetic. Oh well...take my money elsewhere.

I HATE JB ROBINSON!!!! The worse jewelry store ever!!!!! First, they lost my ring for the whole month of February! Then recently they sent it back out to replace a small diamond. ....2 weeks later my ring comes back and the missing diamond wasn't replaced. So there was no point sending my ring out if it wasn't going to get fixed!! Now again they will have to send it out to get the missing diamond replaced. In order for my ring to stay under warranty, i have to let them send it out to the jeweler. I wish we would have gotten my ring elsewhere! I feel the quality isn't there. ...in less than a year 2 small diamonds have fallen out and i only wear my ring 3 times a week because of my job. I'm very disappointed with the service.....they are rude, in considerate, unhelpful, and just a waste of time. Please DO NOT BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM JB ROBINSON!!! You will regret it!

The kids like to go here. I do too because they have upbeat, good quality items. It makes the children happy and I get to teach them the value of money.

Long story short. I had a hour to find shoes, tights, accessories for a wedding I was in the next day. Everything for 2 weeks had gone wrong. I got off in enough time to shop for a hour at the mall, my friend suggested this place. Ive never been here and I told the two women what was going on allie and melissa (melissa is amazing) They helped me find so many options. First shoes melissa showed me were perfect. I found the perfect clunch, earings, tights and shawl. They were so helpful i found everything with enough time to go to ulta. I love this place, the quality, prices and employees.

My Fiance purchased my dream from here. The staff is so amazing there and always make me feel so welcomed! I had to take it up there to get sized last year, they said it would be done in about two weeks. Well I ended up getting it back that week! Just recently I lost a stone (Mind you I'm getting married in three weeks) I took it in Sunday and they said it might take up to a week before the wedding. They said I had nothing to worry about and that I would get it back soon. WELL THEY CALLED ME THE WEDNESDAY AFTER! So fast!!! I'm happy! Thank you!

I purchased a beautiful one of a kind yellow gold diamond ring. It is square in shape with diamond across the top and down each side. It’s simply gorgeous.

Krista and John are both very respectful and professional. They are just wonderful people inside and out! They took care of me during a hard time with no problems. They are both very lovely people and because of them, they now have a customer for life!

The staff is incompetent when it comes to anything outside of cleaning a ring. They also make it very difficult to finance anything as the online system is terrible. Also, you will be charged interest when financing even if they say its zero percent. Highly recommend finding another place to buy jewelry even if you do have to pay more. Corporate and local staff will surely add this company to the bankruptcy list.
