Beautiful unique jewelry and very helpful knowledgable staff!!

After doing a lot of research into engagement rings, and finding the design and stone that I liked, I came to Liberal as I wasn't familiar with the process. Kim and Raquel were extremely helpful and patient the entire time. We went through several different stones and completed the design on the first visit. It was an amazing and fun experience overall.

Amazing collections ! The owner knows his stuffs. He custom makes any design and is extremely passionate about what he does. Strike a conversation with him and you will learn a lot. I would highly recommend this place !

Awesome prices for their watches

Nice

The staff is always polite and friendly, especially Amber, she was very knowledgeable and friendly.

A very good buying experience. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable in addition to being sensitive to my budget. I'm very happy with the beautiful ring I purchased.

Good quick service. Reasonable price.

I really felt like we were treated as though we were trashy and not really worth the time. I got the ring I wanted and she was able to find a match for my engagement ring that I was looking for so I will be forever grateful for that. ( I am giving it three stars for that alone as she was able to find a match) As for my fiance we felt like she did not care nor try to find him a ring and he felt very uncomfortable and ended up buying a ring somewhere else. I wanted us to support a local business as we are from Welland but this left a bad taste in our mouths and I will go elsewhere to get my ring cleaned before we get married.

Ken and the rest of the staff are always great to deal with. Couldn't be happier with the level of service we have received.

The best of the best for customer service, professionalism, friendliness, knowledge & overall experience.
