A friend recommended this place and I decided to stop by to grab a birthday gift for my daughter. I did not have to to look at the jewlrey like I wanted to but I can say the staff was friendly and informative. I will return for my next jewelry purchase.

Excellent experience at Chapel Hills Jewelry. Purchased an engagement ring in May 2013. Jack and his professional staff were very helpful and friendly, and patiently worked at getting me the best ring within my budget. Great selection of rings.

First time I ever visited this place & it won't be the last. The owner personally assisted me with everything. Very polite, very professional. What a great place with a huge, vast selection of any kind of bead or trinket you can think of.

My diamond didn't have flaws when my Husband bought it. It was fracture filled and that doesn't last, so now I see the flaw.

I love this store. The manager, Laura is the best. The girls there are so helpful and engaging. I’ve never had such warm, honest and loving service. They even carry your bags to you! Definitely makes me feel valued and appreciated.

Went to SRI Krishna Jewellers Frisco TX to buy a small gift for my wife's birthday. The whole crew was very warm and helpful to show me affordable items which matched our taste perfectly. We picked up a diamond bracelet for a very reasonable price. Excellent daily wear and occasional Jewellery for all ranges . Must visit. Very good customer service.

N'ACHETEZ JAMAIS DES BIJOUX POUR ENFANTS CHEZ Doucet bijouterie au Promenade St-Bruno!!! Je suis aller acheter des boucles d'oreilles pour mes filles en pensant qu'elles seraient de bonne qualité...après une semaine l'une d'elle avait déjà brisée, la pine qui entre dans l'oreille avait lâchée et était resté dans l'oreille de ma fille et pas longtemps après celle de mon autre fille avait pliée et lui a blessé l'oreille. Je suis retourné chez Doucet pour me faire dire: "ah! Je ne comprends pas... pourtant on en vend plein et ce n'est jamais arrivé" J'ai donc cru à ce MENSONGE et j'en ai acheté deux autres paires mais cette fois ci j'ai pris des anneaux !!! 3 jours plus tard l'anneau s'est complètement aplatit, blessant ainsi ma fille! Je suis retourné pour me faire rembourser et on m'a carrément dit qu'on ne me rembourserait pas (parce que c'était sûrement ma fille qui avait maltraité ses boucles d'oreilles) et que le mieux que je pouvais espérer c'était un crédit ou une autre paire de boucle d'oreille! Comme si je voulais remettre une de ces paires de boucles d'oreilles à mes filles... la gérante était très condescendante et je lui ai fait part que je lui ferait une super publicité, elle m'a regardé avec son air hautain et m'a tourné le dos! Je suis certaine que même les boucles d'oreilles d'Arden sont de meilleure qualité!

Terrible service. DO NOT SHOP there!!! Not even worth a star...2 mois de reparation pour une montre de $500.00 qui n'a ete portée que 4 fois!!! Innexcusable! M"Lavigueur SHAME ON YOU!!!
