The manager is very nice.

Horrible customer service. Staff were extremely rude. Sent complaint email to head office only got automatic reply. Never buying Pandora stuff again

My husband purchased a beautiful ring for me last Christmas at this location. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be able to figure out how to size my ring without putting plating on to cover their mistakes. My skin eats the plating off in a matter of days and I have to go send it away again to be "fixed". I sent it in 4 times to be fix (luckily we purchased the warranty on it) and then had to call head office. The new manager at the store replaced my ring and sent it to a completely different vendor to be sized. I have had it back for about a week and now it is obvious that they have screwed this up again! The area where they sized it is yellow and the ring is made of rose gold, so it stands out horribly! I don't know how they intend to "fix" it this time, but I'm throughly unimpressed!

very long waiting time

If you are there ask for Gladis or Karina. Gladis deserves an award she's the best very helpful and extremely patient and so honest.

Very good service! The lady (probably the owner) is very kind and helpful! Thank you very much!

Good staff very helpful

The diamond ring is perfect for my fiancee. Robert is so nice and patient. He helped us a lot to find the perfect rings.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Michael Hill in Sherway, which we then purchased our wedding bands as well. Suzanne was a great help, knowledgeable, and it never felt like she was pushing us to make a sale, she genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Even after a few months passed and I went in to get my ring cleaned she knew exactly who I was, it was great considering how many people they see each and every day. Would highly recommend visiting this location and speaking with Suzanne!

This place is fantastic for watch enthusiasts. The staff are all knowledgable and passionate about watches, which being down to Earth and focused excellent customer service all around.

OMG my experience was phenomenal. The three ladies that assisted me ( Teresa, Alex, and Jessica) were so spectacular ! They assisted me on finding the best piece and gave me plenty of options throughout my visit. I could really tell how much these ladies cared about the customers and each one of them had their own unique and wonderful personality that kept me smiling even when I had left the mall ... I would definitely recommend going to Tiffany's and seeing teresa, , Alex and Jessica, they will leave you much, more, than satisfied and with a huge smile .

I had a cheap ring resized here and because of the inferior quality of the gold - the ring cracked. They had no problem remelting the ring and creating a new one free of charge - plus the whole process took 2 days. Very impressed by the customer service provided.

Good service

Very creative store!

Great customer service from one of the women there, had an issue with a watch i had purchased for my hubby and they replaced it. Was very pleased.

Consummate professionals! I had a memorial ring with a compartment for the ashes of my beloved soulmate, my dog Trudeau, created from photos I sent Alexis. Alexis was patient, compassionate and went above and beyond both as a jewellery artist as well as a human being to ensure that Trudeau was honoured in the manner that I requested. I would highly recommend Alexis for her creativity, artistic ability, attention to detail and her overall humanity. "Death be not proud. One short sleep past, we wake eternally. This shop is definitely the place to go for any of your jewelry concerns or needs. Their prices are great and the quality of their work exceeds my expectations. These guys can do and make anything! I buy, sell, get things repaired, altered, custom made - anything I need, they’re the guys. Adam always takes care of me and makes sure I leave completely satisfied. He has gone out of his way to get the best results. I have been a customer for half a decade and I intend to remain one as long as they’re around. Thanks for the amazing work Cullinan Jewellers!
