I ve been dealing with Charm for years and never found any problem with the manager and staff that has been with them for a good number of years.. Everything well done and accommodated me 100% . Would not go to People s found them cold and like they were on commision

The staff is very welcoming and very attentive to your symptoms, Dr. Hewak knows what he is talking about.

I have been to this location multiple times amd Anna & Shabbum were very helpful and friendly. Good products at reasonable price.

such scammers... always finds an excuse not to help or give returns. They have no idea how to do their job.... Don't bother buying jewelry here don't waste your time honestly Manager at Oakville place is unable to follow through on anything he says . Completely unacceptable customer service.

Horrible, unprofessional company. Bad customer service, bad morals and ethics. Would never ever spend any more money here.

Friendly service and excellent prices for repairs.

Hubby purchased me two pair of earrings, unfortunately he isn't the best shopper and purchased me almost identical expensive earrings. I went to return one pair, only to see no refunds, only store credit. The store doesn't have a huge inventory so finding it difficult to spend $300.00. Went to purchase a pendant that I already had chain for. Purchased a very tiny one with small diamond for $175.00 plus tax. (I was told it was sterling silver) Received a call from jeweler that he charged me the wrong price and it was supposed to be $375.00 as he thought originally it was sterling silver but was informed that it was actually gold, (wife told him when he went to put my purchase against my credit)r, so I now have to pay him the additional $200 plus tax or return pendant. I am not happy! Once my credit is used up I would not return to this store, nor would I recommend anyone else to go. Really bad foo-pa for a jeweler.

Got my rings sized a few months ago and will definitely be back in future. Sizing was done for a reasonable price and in less time than originally quoted. Fantastic service and very satisfied. Only issue can be opens hours but the level of service and quality is worth trying to fit their hours into my schedule.

Love this little gem! Tough to find a Pagan store and absolutely visit this place with each visit to my parents house.

Store is beautiful. Items are beautiful. And they had what i was looking for so bonus.

Great staff, Emma was very helpful and answered every one of my questions perfectly. I'd definitely go back again.

Verry nice people enjoy dealing with them

Very professional and kind. Steven went well above my expectations. Definitely recommend. A+

I love the Paris watch I bought a few years ago! It has been through so much and still works like a charm!

Lots of different types of clothes sold here. They even got a decent men's selection. Friendly service. Lost a star because they are kinda expensive.

Paying easily twice as much as Barry's on Upper James for silver.
