In my experience with Maison D'Or shopping for my wife's engagement ring I was dealing with sales representative Kristen Janes. She was AMAZING the entire time. I knew nothing about rings or jewellry and was immensely helped out through the whole process. Kristen was extremely professional and very helpful. Did not push me to buy anything I was not already prepared to do, and as a customer I really appreciate that. Kept up great communication the entire time and was always a joy to work with. This extended to a very small problem when I ordered my wife's wedding band but everything was fixed right away.
I definitely intend to come back and continue to shop at Maison D'or in the future and am recommending the store to everyone.
