We bought my 40th anniversary wedding set with the professional help of Evan who we found to be very honest and easy to work with. I’m from out of town so he had my rings sized and delivered exactly like he said they would be. I highly recommend Evan and London Gold Oakville

Went in to have two rings resized and cleaned. They look absolutely beautiful, like brand new! Also had a pearl necklace on a gold chain made, it was exactly what I wanted. The staff was helpful and professional. It was a great experienxe.

Bought my engagement ring here the staff and the service were excellent. Quick response to email and got me a price that whole salers online could not beat. The son David was so great to deal with and cares about customer satisfaction all the way. I would highly recommend Lazaros of Royal Stone he is an honest man and a very knowledgeable jewellery. I bought my wifes engagement ring and our wedding rings of him and is truly impressed we never take them off and after 20 yrs they still look brand new. He also took my wifes late moms jewellery and we kinda told him what we were lookin for and to our amazement he hit it out of the park. Lazaros also took a piece of costume jewellery from my late step father and made 3 pieces for me n my brothers which reminds us of him everytime we wears it. The man is truly a master of his profession We sent and will continue to send customers his way keep up the good work Lazaros we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Horrible customer service! I love pandora, it’s kinda of obsession for mine and I have spent a lot of money at pandora. Every other location from this one has been exceptional. I alway have great time with their staff. This is many reasons why I love shopping there. Let’s start off with the manager Jason. He was extremely rude when handling my complaint of rude glaring eyes of his staff. Only to walk away to join his staff and talk badly about me right in front of my face and continued to glare like a bunch of gossip school girls. Never have I ever experienced such atrocity at any pandora except the square one location in Mississauga.

My mother had a necklaces repaired at this location. The original quote entailed having the chain replaced however they only repaired the chain for a seriously nice rate. Very honest staff and fair as, they could have charged for the replacement and no one would be the wiser. Very high marks for honesty and will definitely return.

It is such an impressive experience to be shopping with Raffi Jewellers Mississauga. I bought a Rolex with Tia, I am so surprise with her professional, patient and informative. I will highly recommend her to my friends or family and looking forward to buy another Rolex in future. Thanks Tia you did a wonderful job.

Came through big time for me! Two day turn around on an engagement ring including ordering gems and setting. Amazing.

Great service and pricing. My chain broke and was estimated to cost $60.00-$80.00 at a mainstream jeweler. The same repair cost $12.00 with these people. The turnaround time was 3 day versus 2 weeks and the mainstream jeweler. It is located in an older neighborhood so the cost difference of the location reflects the pricing. The store front is a bit confusing when you first look at it. There is an older sign in green which the neighborhooding store took over the previous space a while back. Right beside is the current store and signage in yellow. Great experience and would come back. Highly recommend!
