I am so happy with the custom engagement+wedding rings Aram and his team created for me. I was very picky about it and they were patient and willing to accommodate all the details I wanted! (And for a great price too!!) Would definitely recommend for the high quality, friendly, and professional service!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing has also been excellent. I spent many months looking and pricing out an engagement ring and this place was where I ended up going because of the price quality and exceptional service. Highly recommend this place.

They don't issue refunds at all, only store credit/exchange. When you're looking at $200+ that's quite the commitment for a lot of people.

I just went and ask today a sales lady ( middle aged or maybe older) she's working side-by-side w/ younger lady. I asked if I could have my ring clean even though I purchased it from another location. She just gave me a "cold" nod. Didn't show much interest in me so I just left without saying thank you, I believed she doesnt deserved my acknowledgement neither since she was plainly rude the way she handled my inquiries. She works at a customer service business and if she's going to treat people the way she treats me then she doesn't belong there. Bragging aside, my husband purchased a $3,000 dollars set of ring for me and I needed it clean to make it more shiny again. I have a lifetime warranty for it. If this is the way shes going to treat me again then I will talk to the manager straight and hopefully I will be treated more humanly.

I have been shopping at fab for years and there are so many reasons I keep going back: the incredibly unique selection of affordable, timeless fashion jewellery; the friendly and helpful staff who have helped me on numerous occasions pick out the perfect piece for myself or as a gift, and yet have allowed me to just wander and browse when the mood strikes me; and, of course, the "Girl's Night Out" parties which are a blast! I've hosted two there to support my favourite charities - both were a raving success... what can I say? It is my favourite accessory boutique :)
