I had my ears pierced 6 weeks ago, took my earrings out for a day to let them breathe and the very next day they closed up. Out 50.00.

ROXANNE AND COMPANY ARE ALL WONDERFUL! IF I NEED A PIECE THEY BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO ACQUIRE IT FOR ME. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND CHEERFUL AND THEY DON'T PRE-JUDGE CUSTOMERS BY THEIR LOOKS. EVERYONE IS TREATED EQUALLY. I RECOMMEND THE SOUTH HILLS VILLAGE STORE OVER ROSS PARK MALL HANDS DOWN AS THEY ALWAYS RESPECT MY PRIVACY AS WELL.

My now-husband and I LOVE this Zales and have had no reason to shop anywhere else. We purchased the engagement ring from Debbie and got an incredible deal (and we are both is sales, so we know how it goes). The ring is gorgeous and they take excellent care in cleaning it and will literally wave me down from walking by and ask me if I want to have it cleaned. And they're not pushy, they listen to what you like and don't like and are always happy to help.

My diamond, platinum engagement ring, band broke in area where they sized it down, after less than 3 months. They repairef it, but should not have happened. Sales people are wonderful though. Dropped ring off on a Wednesday evening, couldn't pick up until today, Monday. I would think they would have made it priority, but guess not.

I was looking for some jewelry to give to my daughter on her wedding day. The staff at Beeghly was very helpful! I had a photo of the necklace she wanted, but they did not have anything exactly like it on display. They worked with me, looking up components in catalogs, and had their craftsmen make one for me within a week - she is going to love it! They also matched a pair of earrings they had in stock, and beautifully gift wrapped it all within my budget. This will be my "go to" Jewelry store.

This is the worst jewelry store you could ever bye from! They do not stand behind anything they sell. As soon as you have an issue, the staff and management insult the product you have bought and tell you the extra warrenty you bought does not cover your issue. They jewelry is garbage and they treat you horrible after the purchase. Three members of my family have been treated the same. So now we all have a new favorite jewelry store and they know where the kiss can go.
