Excellent experience. I as many people waited until last minute. I needed a gift for my wife and mother to-be (any minute). The owner Elva and her husband were extremely accommodating and both were very nice and friendly. I only wish they were located here in CT.

The outcome, and process of designing an engagement ring with Lisa and Pat was nothing short of extraordinary. I turned to custom because I knew what I wanted for my fiancee, and I had not been able to find that combination of design elements off the rack at a traditional jewelry store. What I walked away with was a ring that was much better than I could have imagined. Lisa and Pat take the time to get to know you, and through you, the person who will wear the ring. Their designs come from this understanding which is why, in part, the ring blew away my expectations. My fiancee absolutely loves the ring, and we are excited to work with Lisa and Pat on the wedding bands together. A note on cost-- I went into this project with cost as a major concern; I didn't initially think I could afford custom work, especially at this quality. Luckily, I was wrong. They operate lean, and have very reasonable prices. In fact, for what I paid, it would have been foolish to buy off the rack. Random notes: 1- The ring came in a cool wooden box! See picture. 2- Their office is essentially a comfortable and modern living room/loft in an interesting building. Nice place to spend time. 3- I love the tech-enabled business model. The use 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and computer aided design to make the process fast, cost effective, and precise. Ultimately, I can't recommend them highly enough.

My Grandmother took all her need's to this family business and swore by them.Now the son has the business and I continue to do the same.Expert work and talent.I find each year,I am either buying a necklace for myself or a gift.They ALL must be set up proper or they are a fraud.He solder's each ring to perfection and the charm so they dont eventually end up being some mega find for the metal detector relic hunter.I also would'nt trust Antique piece repair/cleaning to any other.This is where OTHER watch repair jeweler's take their troubled piece's.If your presenting jewelry as a gift for a loved one,or for yourself,Have it set up proper or dont bother.

I walked into this Kays store with my boyfriend to look at Engagement Rings. We were very motivated to buy! We were being helped by Carrie and all started well, however once we stated our wants she made us feel we didn't know what we were talking about and wasn't listening to what exactly what we wanted. She had an attitude and I started feeling very uncomfortable. Isn't this suppose to be a pleasant experience ? No matter our price range or size of the stone , every customer should feel equally qualified. Our budget was up to 10k and I don't think that is that bad , however she made us feel it wasn't good enough. How awful ! Oh and she also insisted instead of a diamond we should temporary use a moissanite stone ( wasn't sure what that was until she explained it and it is a lab created "stone" that resembles a diamond) I am not sure who trained her or why she is pushing that, it was all unreal to me. We left and bought our Engagement ring (the same day) at another location.
