My wife buys something every time we go in.

I ordered a piece at 10am on a Wednesday and it arrived with the next days post, even with Royal Mail (my choice)! Ian, the owner and craftsman behind this venture, was in contact with me as soon as I placed the order to offer any help and to let me know he had posted the item and how much he appreciated my custom. Very, very good service, thank you.

This is a great jeweller, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. There's no pressure, and they provide a really attentive service. The repair service is also of high quality. A fantastic local business.

I bought a 3 diamond engagement ring 4 years ago and paid £800. Today one of the diamonds have fallen out and is lost. I phoned to complain and asked for Customer Service or Head Office phone number, 2 members of staff informed me they're not allowed to give it out and that I can only get in touch by email.. What kind of company have no Customer Service??!!! What a joke and what shite products they sell!!!!

Ordered a Nomination charm I couldn’t find in the shops, the week before Christmas, arrived as promised on Tuesday and at a better price.

Honestly some of the most beautiful jewellery i've seen, unique, modern and classic all at the same time, and what makes it so special is Katie and the team are so friendly and genuinely want to help you find that special piece of jewellery - they could even make it from scratch. I'd never go anywhere else for jewellery now, highly highly recommend!

Was greeted by manager who was very friendly and professional. I picked up my order in store. He opened my watch for me - allowed me to try it on, ensured I was happy with it, and set the time. Outstanding service and reputable company to buy your diamonds, jewellery and watches.

The worst customer care service I have experienced. Phones are never answered, neither are emails. Store manager does not respond to requests to call back. Had to contact the head office to find out why my watch repair has been on-going for almost 3 months.

If you’ve driven by their Chatham storefront and took a look at their gorgeous shop windows... browsed In store at their beautiful jewels or awed over some of their social media posts of their luxe jewelry ... you’ll already know what I’m talking about! This mother + daughter team are what dreams are made of! From the delicate jewels for everyday wear to keepsake pieces, this store has it - and personally I want it all! My dad has been buying me pieces here since I was 7 years old. To this day, there’s nothing more exciting than seeing the “Sonya roe jewelry bag” under the Christmas tree! I cherish my sweet little children rings + tiny necklaces I still have from years past, and truly wear a few of their layered necklaces daily. Fun fact?! You don’t need to spend a fortune to pick up some special pieces here.
