I've had the pleasure of purchasing some jewelry and a watch at Classic Creations over the years and recently topped that off with a beautiful custom made engagement ring for my wife. The team at Classic worked closely with me and my wife to design every part of the ring from scratch and did an incredible job creating the ring of my wife's dreams. The staff were so friendly and helpful during our many meetings together. I couldn't possibly recommend any other jeweler. This is a family run business and it shows. Very unique shop as they customize every piece to my tastes.

Did a horrible job on my daughter's Christmas present. We got to the mall at 1130 am and the store was not open so we called the number posted and they came in. I paid for my daughter's ring and had to have it sized we were asked to give him an hour to have it done and were told he would do a great Job. We where gone more than an hour and came back to him on his computer he had not even started on my daughter's ring and did a rush job. Well today I was looking at it and it is already breaking . We will never shop there again

Saying their prices are "inflated" is generous. Very minor things like taking a link out are a little expensive, but battery replacement, cleaning (which they'll do without even being asked) are a downright rip-off. Go somewhere else. There are better small shops around.
