They deserve a zero score there customer service is awful. They treat you with zero respect. Highly recommend going somewhere else. There jewerlies pretty but the people working are far from nice.

Purchased an engagement ring from here. Absolutely the most amazing service you can get! Rina was unbelievable, she knew exactly what I wanted when I showed here a picture of what I was looking for. She promised a date that it would be ready and was perfect on that date. She made buying this ring so easy and will always have my future business. I popped into Paris Jewellers last Sunday to search for a Christmas gift. The sales associate greeted me warmly and was eager to show me the earrings I was interested in. That's where the great service ended. I had a specific budget that I wanted to stay in. The sales associate proceeded to show me all sorts of items that I had no interest in. The sales associate didn't care what I was interested in but just wanted to make a sale any sale. I was shown various chintzy overpriced engagement rings that i wouldn't purchase if they were 75% off. She seemed to be under the impression that I just purchase anything. She was very nice but it was incredibly high pressure and I couldn't help but to feel annoyed. I ended up having to leave because the high pressure was giving me anxiety. I ended up making my purchase at a different jewellery store.

I was there looking for something for my mom. I had such a hard time. The staff were supper nice, super friendly and the customer service was great. I’d totally recommend this store to anyone who has a special someone to buy for.

First of all, the jeweler at this establishment is down to earth and a complete gentleman that looked me in the eye and I got honesty. Very skillfull at custom designing and creating also. Thanks Mr. Bruni-Bossio
